I'm trying to find a good balance between them. I'm less nasal sounding if I do. I've had voice issues for a few years now and recently found out I have essential tremor so I'm trying to overcome some of that vocally in my process. Thanks for sharing your helpful tips.

Yep thats what my coach tells me. She was trained under speech level singing. Its weird sometimes i feel like my brain has a hard time like figuring out how much should I be speaking it if that makes sense. Like when I do it i feel like im off pitch sometimes. It just sounds off. But this video explained it well tho
