Speakeasy Pizza experience at Back Door Pizza in Cherry Hill, NJ. 

There's a lady in Brooklyn selling "small batch" pizza out of her apartment (now a pop up at Whisk & Whiskey), during the pandemic she would even give it to you for free if you didn't have a job. She sells out weeks & months in advance on certain pies. Talking about the Buttery Nut, try the "Baby Butter MJ" in honor of Michael Jordan. Its a Detroit meets NY Sicilian and super rare.

I know they say the money don't sleep and life don't sleep but when you can bro get you some well deserved rest we all appreciate your content🙏

I don't know JL I don't really like a lot of crunch or burnt tops on my pizza.

I live right by the Farm and had no idea this was going on. The price being high is no surprise knowing Farm & Fishermen made it. They make great food but it's a bit overpriced.

Wow, what an interesting place that was. Were they a ghost kitchen ? Any pizza that is comparable to DeLorenzo's is a go-to! Those were some pretty looking pies. Next time you're in Robbinsville, try Papa's Tomato Pies.

The idea of the butternut squash pizza is great! Personally, I don’t care for burnt pizza, but I’m not mad at those who do love some burnt on their pizza. My experience has been that a burnt pizza sometimes overpowers the taste of what could otherwise be a great pizza. My perfect pizza would be the following: 1. A non-burnt crispy crust; 2. A well-balanced, savory and sweet, red sauce; 3. Chunks of juicy and succulent mild Italian sausage; Sliced onion, mushrooms, green peppers, and black olives, and last but not least; 4. Fresh made and flavorful mozzarella cheese. Yummy!

JL, you need to go to Santillos in Elizabeth, NJ - back alley, pick up at the door - Al will talk your ear off and the pizza is outrageous.

that crust is bit thick & BURNT & the toppings don’t settle into the pie properly. no talk about the kinda cheese, Ragu/sauce used? Basic toppings 🧐 I’m not feelin it. Looks average & WAY OVERPRICED. $20+ per pie, HELL NO. Don’t be shook by some advertising : BACK DOOR SPEAKEASY, naaaaaaaa

They're either part of Farm & Fisherman or maybe just leasing some space. Probably was an idea to keep the restaurant alive during the lockdown. Funny thing is that if you eat in the restaurant, you can see the Back Door operation but you can't order a pizza inside. If you're local, also check out Bricco coal fired pizza in Westmont. Excellent.

Good color on the pizza looks great,cooked very well and fresh ingredients,that made with love heart and understanding on who to make pizza the right way.on the sausage pizza looked good,the crust helps the pizza tastes the way it needs to be.

So they are operating the same way Pizzeria Beddia did when they only had a small kitchen. Wednesday to Saturday and open at 5pm close when the pies sold out but no online or call in orders

Also next time with a new York style fold the crust where the cheese is on the outside it tastes so much better.

Wow I literally used to work down the road there and never knew. The price doesn't surprise me for Cherry Hill. A lot of restaurants there are pretty pricey. But I'll have to give it a try sometime.

Have you ever been to Bridgeton NJ big John's pizza. Highly recommend getting a party tray with extra cheese you wont regret it

You should come to Reading, PA, and go to Pizza Italia. Everything is great. It is opened on Wed -Sat 11AM-10PM.
