All depends where you’re at really - and the day sometimes. This video though mangroves around 30- can shoot them shallower if play it right. Red snapper usually 50 ish on deeper

We usually don’t buoy dive around the rigs due to the loss of maneuverability due to hang ups etc.. however for big fish that dive that is definitely going to be the setup this coming season. Will have to just stick on the outside of the rigs when using it.
