It is amazing how they do so much work to preserve natural reefs but then they can just rip out manmade reefs without second thought. Those rigs hold just as much life as a natural reef. I mean just cut em down to the point where boats can see em… why destroy em and essentially kill all the fish?

It's unfortunate but those rigs are coming out , it's all about politics and donations to political campaigns. Nothing you can do to prevent it , it's bullshit!

Roughly how many miles offshore is that platform? I do a lot of big barge diving off setting diamond saws to tear down platforms just like that. One summer we tore down dozens of those platforms
Being polite is a forgotten idea. When I was a kid Texas was a lot different. No seems everyone is a douche. Couple douchebags bickering and being petty on the jetty. Shame
