He covered a song which is rather a very emotional song if you have been in Kpop for long… it was a song composed by SHINee Jonghyun (RIP my angel) for Lee Hi who suffered from panic disorder and breathing difficulty… Lee Hi sang this song once again after Jonghyun’s departure and made everyone cry… this song is just that special & San’s beautiful vocal reminded me of Jonghyun… and how idols struggle and feel being the public’s entertainment…. 😢 really wish San can get more opportunities to showcase his vocal skills, he’s the lead vocalist but we only got to hear him sing properly almost 5 years after his debut and through a cover. Many people didn’t even know he was a vocalist and that says it all honestly

He's one of the lead vocalists so they try to give everybody a chance to show off their vocals. He has been given more of a chance to sing lately, but to be honest, KQ has leaned more into his sexy performance side (crop tops, etc.) because he draws a lot of people that way. Perhaps he'll do more covers and get more lead singing parts. San really is an incredible all-rounder. Ace dancer, singer, choreographer performer, actor - you name it, he can do it all flawlessly.

@@misspriss2482 sorry to correct you. HE'S THE ONLY LEAD VOCALIST but he never gets the proper chance to fully showcase his skills. They always only give him that falsetto part. The longest part he gets is 27 seconds with the same repetitive part. And it gets worse every comeback.

@@kingchoisan in a group with 7 other members, I think that's quite a lot. But bear in mind, even Jongho has to sing repetitive parts in some songs too, vocally demanding ones even. Yeosang has about 30s in Limitless, just singing the same lines in the chorus. It's up to the producers to decide who gets to sing which parts in which songs, but you should also consider the structure of songs that Ateez usually does, which can sometimes inhibit their vocal abilities. That said, I think KQ is great to let him showcase his vocals on this cover, which I thoroughly enjoy, and I hope there will be more in the future, preferably on his birthday.

Since there are many members, KQ could arrange like having three of them as main output and change the 'main 3' for each song so as to showcase every member, it's also good to the group in a long term. Finally see this change in Limitless (hopefully not just once), they should have done it years earlier. No one should bear the least lines every single song afterall, they are a group and everyone should take turns to shine.

I'm looking at the very details he's not lipsync here. The breathing timing is very match till the very exact time. His voice is so beautiful so sooth that makes people think it's getting recorded in the studio. Every time he sings live performance people always doubt him because he soudns exactly just like the studio version. That's how stable San is. He is a great singer. People need to realize it and appreciate him more. 🥺❤️

I didn't know the history of this song...only knew that first time I listened to it San's voice brought me to tears. I watched it 10 more times - cried every time. Took a week off and didn't watch it wondering if it was partly my state of mind at the time....watched again today....full flowing tears. San - you are so talented and have the most beautiful voice that literally brings people to tears. You are a beautiful and talented person inside and out. 유튜브 떠돌다가 오랜만에 들으러 왔는데 새벽감성과 함께 산이 커버 듣기 이거 극락이네... 😇 산이 목소리는 정말 보물인 게 처음 에이티즈 노래 들을때 딱 사니 파트 듣자마자 "어 얘 누구지? 좋네" 라는 생각이 들었었거든. 그리고 특히나 목소리에 감정을 담아내는 능력이 정말 뛰어나다고 생각해. 그래서 산이의 노래를 들을땐 항상 그 노래의 감정에 더 집중해서 들을 수 있었던 거 같아 사니가 불러주는 노래가 너무 좋고 사니의 목소리가 좋아, 그래서 24년에도 사니가 불러주는 노래를 많이 들을 수 있었으면 좋겠다 그런 의미로 최최즈 듀엣 커버도 기대 많이 하고 있어....!! Ivy, we are given more strength for recognizing our mistakes. As long as we are alive, we have time to change our lives so as not to keep repeating those mistakes. Such a beautiful cover. Not even 10 seconds after he started singing and I got tears in my eyes. His voice is so beautiful, it made me emotional. I hope we will be able to hear even more of SAN’s voice. Whether it’s through new covers or Ateez songs. He deserve to shine even more. I hope we could get 1M before his birthday!

wish san had more opportunities to showcase his beautiful voice. Yes we all know his outstanding performance and dance ability, but I wish he could go on a show to just showcase his amazing voice! also cant wait until he has is a main character in a movie or tv series.

The Truth is all puddings know san has a great voice from the beginning! But We now want everyone to know him for his voice and not just his great dancing and performance skills !!!!!! we want everyone to see he is an all rounder , an ace, a jack or all trades, he can do it all !!!!! sing, dance, act, everything !!!
