I started to go to sspx mass. I was raised in new mass. I realized Latin mass is so beautiful and jesus centered. Receiving Eucharist on the tongue is so great.
Me too. I drive quite a long way to get to my nearest TLM - it’s beautiful. I have my mothers old Roman missal, with beautiful pictures and I fumble through finding the correct page when I can. Feels so right.
We Pray that more and more Priests, Bishops, Archbshops and Cardinals would preach and defend the deposit of faith. That they would encourage their Parishioners to Pray the Holy Rosary everyday; that they would hear Confession regularly in their Parishes. Thank you. God bless us.
Please do not take offense to what I'm going to say Satan is Alive and Well in the church we need to bring back the Latin Mass and we need to say our rosaries much as we can and pray for that Bishop that he will realized what he has done I hope to God he wakes up Andre versus his decision
Both of these men speak the truth and I so appreciate it. Father why not contact as many of your former laity Latin Mass attendees and find a place and just go on with offering the Tridentine Mass. Since Rome will not obey what has been handed down as our rights, why not just carry on doing what was guaranteed us? Rome allows every sort of apostate freak do and say anything they want. Archbishop Joseph Naumann is a good bishop, he blessed our FSSP church in 2013, and has now made us a parish. He has personally answered my letter concerning a family spiritual matter-he gave me guidance, at the encouragement of our parish priest to write him for his guidance. He does listen. He stands with us as we pray at abortion clinics to make reparation and to end this slaughter. I am thankful for him.🙏
There is a serious problem within the Catholic Church when any priest tries to cancel TLM. It was fine for 2000yrs. Never changes, good enough for now. Never, ever let them cancel TLM or they might as well cancel the church.

We have a King and we have a Queen, and Their going to set things aright

We’ve got the same situation here. There’s no Latin Mass in my diocese or in the two adjacent diocese. The closest available to me is 250 miles. I’m a senior, in my ‘70s, not in the best health and on a fixed income. I cannot make this trip more than a couple of times per year. As for my home parish, I’ve been cancelled for publicly objecting to how they cater to homosexuals and other deviants. Not to convert them, but to promote them and their lifestyles by appointing them to leadership roles in public ministry. I tried in vain, to get a priest to hear my confession for two years during the worst of Covid, which I never had. I was turned away and lied to by a parish secretary. He said no priests were in residence when I clearly saw one sitting on the couch in the front room as I drove around the corner of the rectory!
Father Altman is a real priest who speaks his mind on the evils of Bergoglio papacy not like the vast majority of them who are committing the sin of omission
if franny thinks he has the right to cancel Traditional Latin Mass and cancel so many traditional Priests and so do all the emasculated wolves in sheep’s clothing, then we laity have every right to shut out purses and donate to true Catholic organizations and feed the homeless and poor instead . If laity still have money, care for a family member who deserves help as we are not to store up wealth if a family member genuinely needs help.
Since the families of those Churches funded the construction of those Parishes why can 't Father Altman a lawyer and Priest sue the Bishop Calahan and the Diocese??
Perhaps it's best to take it up by the priests who know the cannon law. Fr. Gerald Murray. As Fr. Altman said, no bishop, cardinal or even pope can change the deposit of faith. All parishes should continue with the latin mass regardless of what the bishops do against it. Let them shut tbenselves in their mansions. The devils knows their time is done.
Bergolio is a Communist but Jesus was never that way. He was good to all who had faith. Faith is what they want to take away. We are of spiritual and not of this earth.

The fruitless, errant branch that is the Novus Ordo church, will be chopped off by Our Lord in the very near future. Everyone> begin attending a TLMass as soon as possible.

Pray the Rosary DAILY and ask for discernment. Get a Baltimore or Trent catechism and READ IT, ponder it. Get an OLD Catholic bible and LEARN. The problem with most people, not just Catholics, is their intellectual laziness. The Holy Virgin in every APPROVED apparition asks for Daily Rosary prayer. Listen to Fr. Isaac Mary Relyea, a faithful, devout, honest priest who tells it like it is. His talks are available online. Fr. Relyea gives the same advice: pray, study, learn. Stop expecting to be spoon fed the faith.

The general Apostasy where the old order Christian Civilization began to aposticize was 1st Protestant Revolution and then the French Revolt[ lution] in the 16th Century. Our Lady of La Sallete already warned of the Catholic Apostasy within the Apostolic Catholic Church. By Vatican II there was Liberalism and Modernism had been solidified for 100 years before Asissi and the post Conciliar Popes and their Modernist Magisterium.

Altman, when he said ‘undermine a wall’ i immediately thought of Jacob’s blessing over the tribe of Levi & Simeon….which line up with the Apostles of John Zebedee (who was at the first mass at the foot of the cross) and James Alpheus…..who was 1st bishop of Jerusalem and martyrd as he tried to convert the very rabbis who crucified our Lord. I was raised when the Mass was being said only in Latin facing the tabernacle (I’m 93) and understood at the time that the Mass was said in Latin because it is a dead language and words are never changed. Then along came Vatican ll which I embraced, because it came from our “Holy Bishops” and Rome. I missed the communion rail and communion on the tongue, but went along happily with almost everything else (because it was easier) and I went along with easy. Today I will only receive communion from a priest (because his hands were concentrated) and only on the tongue.
Modernist bishops: silent on GrInDr bishops, German "Catholic" bishops promoting heresies, others bowing before PaChaMaMa, etc. Also modernist bishops: openly hostile with the TLM.

An interesting scenario: If you offered TLM 'goers' the mass is available only at 7AM, would they would prepare on Sat. eve by making sure their children went to bed early enough so they could wake them up to get them ready and be there for Holy Mass? On the other hand, If the NOM 'goers, mass is available only at 7 AM, would they do the same? In this venue I have my opinion. Then again maybe I am way too rigid.
Stop giving alms to the bishop and maintaining his churches. Parishioners find and build your OWN churches (building) and find holy priest that will offer the TLM, when they can.

Stop abreveating everything what is tml...and I can't get past not being able to understand latin...I was never apart of that in any parish growing up....some say to get past understanding it and just absorb it...but my caticisus growing up in the 70s was terrible
You have an amazing delivery of words Fr Altman. Yes, there's great darkness casting their shadows over those who's lampstands shine brightly. Then again, evil doesn't like the light for it is truth which they can't stand; only lies suit their needs of slithering down the meandering garden pathway tempting souls with forked tongues. Not to be mean or derogatory or anything like that, we want souls we can look up to and become holier. We have difficulty admiring a soul promoting the discontinuencwe of 2,000 year old Catholic traditions. Say it ain't so, Joe. We strive for holiness - just gotta have it. Like this mornings homily we heard at mass; the larger picture is the one we want not the small ones. There's room for both the old and the new. We cannot forget or ignore our past - it is what it is. Maybe the next Pope ought to be Everyone; where everyone gets a say-so in the decisions, the revelations, you know, the Truth.
