I've seen some very disturbing comments towards Xana and this makes me so angry it's very disgusting how some people are thinking it's not only the media it's not fair they were equally important people are always focused on M And K and almost everyone is so sure that Xana wasn't the target even though her room was so out of the way I feel like even If we find out that Xana or even Ethan was also targeted some people will still insist that his targets were only Maddie or Kaylee I am so sick of this situation

She is the one who is currently conducting surveys to get a change of venue due to juror pool bias due to pretrial publicity…. She is the one who demanded a gag order be kept on the case. She is the one who filed both of these 4th & 5th motions to compel under seal-unlike the first two she didn’t file under seal. But now she wants an open hearing so she can put out a bunch of unsubstantiated conjecture and hurl allegations at the state into the media-even though her whole argument for keeping the gag order on the case is because the case should NOT be tried in the media… All of a sudden, she is so concerned about the public’s right to hear the proceedings?!-Remember, this is the same woman who tried banning cameras from the courtroom altogether because some low-rent RU-vidr zoomed in on the defendant’s fly… I didn’t hear nearly half as many of you arguing against her trying to keep the case out of the public when she made the same arguments. It seems as though the defense has put herself in her own little pickle. If you continuously claim due process violations and are trying to argue the additional million+ dollars in expenses involved in changing the venue due to a tainted jury pool on account of pretrial publicity-then it’s kind of hard to turn around the next second and argue this sudden need for public disclosure of information.
