I completely agree with everything you mentioned in this video. Specially the strap , I even called the company and they sent me another strap which of course didn't work. I stopped using this device some years ago and came back to it 2 weeks ago. If this is helpful on the charging matter, I count 10 treatments and put it back to charge this way I never have a problem with missing a treatment.. I recently purchased another LED light treatment for EYES it's BRIGHT EYES. This device holds perfectly well as sun glasses , easy to carry and you can still do your things in the morning because it hold perfectly well. For those of you who are concerned with bags, wrinkles and dark circles , this machines promises!!!!
I can’t believe they haven’t solved the strap issue. It’s a clear problem! I’ve been trying to plug it in at the end of the week, which seems to work great…as long as I remember 😉
I’ve just purchased this mask today. I’ve been looking at it for a while now. I managed to get the strap to stay on but I’ve only used it once. I think mine said to clean with a alcohol wipe. I use mine then go in with my Foreo Bear. Glad you told me about the fact that you don’t know when it needs charging. I’ll see how many days I get out of one charge and go from there. You have beautiful skin!

Thanks for the great review, I’m actually watching while I wait for mine to charge for the first time. I was just flicking through the manual and there’s a little section on cleaning in mine. Basically the device needs to be off and then the LED side wiped with alcohol wipe or a damp cloth. It says to do this after each use. The outer part of the mask can be cleaned with a damp micro fibre cloth or the storage bag included. No alcohol or chemical cleaners on the outer as it will damage the metal. Hopefully that helps 😊

Your skin looks flawless and your eyes are just gorgeous! I have this mask and I’m loving it as well. It’s so relaxing and just a nice at home treatment. Not sure if you know but if you flip the mask upside down you can get red light for your neck area. Love this so much that I ordered the eye mask from dr Dennis as well. I plan to do the eyes every morning and mask every night.

I just got this mask in the mail yesterday and have done 2 treatments so far. I'm 42 and in the last few months have started getting more cystic acne breakouts. I already use the highest concentration of tretinoin and nothing else topical has ever helped, so I figured my two remaining choices were LED therapy or prescription medications. Medication will be a last resort for me, so I'm hoping this mask will work. I know of so many people who have loved it on RU-vid, so I'm hopeful!
@@megstarbright I have had no issues with it. You're supposed to use the mask on clean skin and what I've read is that it's fine to be using both as part of your regimine as long as you don't apply the tretinoin and then use the mask.

Great question! I do think that this mask will allow light to reach those areas, because the eye holes aren’t overly large, and the light does spread a bit. I do believe some brands make targeted masks for the eye area itself if that is your only concern, but I haven’t tried any.

So your 1st step is cleansing then next comes this LED mask and after the mask - everything else is the same for the most part right ? Also - you 're continuing with the Vitamin A so is that at night only ? Sorry for playing 50 questions ! I just want to get this straight. So far every video I've watched the strap is an issue - seems ridiculous that such a high profile and not to mention expensive brand doesn't address this and make it right. That's a lot of money spent to have to tolerate that nonsense.
No worries I LOVE answering questions. Basically I do 6 minutes because I just love the light therapy I think. It just boosts my mood and gives me an excuse to have 6 minutes of calm. 😉 My am routine is: cleanse, FaceWare mask, vitamin c, moisturizer (and on a rare day another serum before the moisturizer). Yes, at night is when I use Vitamin A. Usually alternating every other night with an aha/bha exfoliator. That strap. 🙄 you cannot tell me that Research & Development didn’t see this issue in trials!

I have items I like all over the board as far as costs, and I don’t always feel like a brand does everything right so I don’t have many that I recommend in whole, if you will. I’ve been using a lot of K beauty recently as well which has been great and a much smaller price tag than what you can find in Sephora.

I found the strap stays on if u hook it in the loop so the small end is on the inside next to my head rather than the outside, it stays on and I can walk about with it , in saying that i wouldn’t put it to the test and walk about vigourously I just loop it over my bun and have the small bits on the inside and lay there ❤ don’t know if u tried already but if u haven’t give it a shot
I AM still using it! The device is still going strong. I definitely notice a difference if I get out of the habit for a couple weeks. I’ve been trying to get back into it now after the holiday rush because I just feel like my texture isn’t as good.
Thank you! As far as LED, different wavelengths are said to target different concerns. Also I think it depends on the strength and amount of bulbs each device has as well. This headband was from target a couple years ago!
