Why is there so many holes in the final grout and how do you go about a demo and not have even grout lines

The grout gets stiff quick it’s a nightmare to spread . Mixing 1 part A 1 part B and the part C leaving 10% out any tips??

Hello! Thanks for you message. Spectralock 2000 IG is considered a rapid material. They can consider working small sections. Also the substrate temperature must be between 45°F (7°C) and 90°F (32°C), warmer temperatures will cure faster. Once they mix all 3 parts WHIP IT thoroughly with high speed mixer (>450 rpm) until uniformly blended (Minimum 2 minutes until a creamy, loose consistency is achieved). The mixing should aerate the grout to a very fluffy mix. Once grout has been spread, wait 15 minutes at 70°F (21°C) prior to beginning initial wash. Then 90 min for the final cleaning. We appreciate the feedback. This video was done during COVID by our local reps who were doing their best to keep in front of customers (when they couldn't see them in person). So, they did the best they could with the equipment they had at the moment.
