So I’m 28 years old playing semi pro and im a safety but I run very slow. Does the age matter in your speed? Also would all of this help me to improve my 40 time? Cause I just wanna learn how to run fast period
This doesn’t answer your question but look into anaerobic respiration and fast twitch muscle fibers... focus on speed and give yourself plenty of rest so it doesn’t become an endurance/conditioning drill
