@@cantskate5535 um potentially wouldn't mind going higher. I don't feel speed in a straight line has much of a limit for me but been trying to learn slides a bit more lately. Been getting out with pro skater, So Tanaka from Japan and he makes it look very very easy haha. You kind of just need to do it and fall with a much protection as you can... Seems to be the best way to learn. Got a motorcycle jacket and big knee pads
@@cantskate5535 also a fun fact. 58km/h compared to 62km/h might seem small but legit feels like 30km/h difference.... I'm still not sure whether or not to believe my GPS.... Felt like 90kmh
@@MarkMash17 wicked cool to be with pro. Yeah, pros make everything look effortless & easy. Same feel about sliding skill precise-need to do more. On the new crew training hill, one of the guys said he knows people that can go to 60 mph/96 kmh and don’t know how to slide? 😳 Agree on plenty pads & leathers to practice falling. Keep up the positive mindset. 🤘
@@MarkMash17 every speed increase seems huge and glad you keep trying. Perceptually, I’m oblivious to speed, which can be scary, however, control or lack there of it is my issue. That’s why I’ve been focusing on learning from my new buddy Bailey & highly skilled crew. Keep at it, repetition breeds skill confidence. Good luck & skill practice. 🤙
