before I even watched this one: I probably don't have enough time to apply half of the knowledge about sprint training that I learned from Coach Haller since I found the channel this year.

Hey Coach Holler, I’ve been watching ur videos a lot recently and I am really enjoying them. You’ve got me wanting to start timing my sprints. What is most affordable timing gates on the market that you recommend?

being at around a 53.8 400 and a 23.9 200 and only ever practiced in a way of nothing but 400m repeats, ladder workouts and low rest time; would me changing my style of running over off season show greater results. Following less distance, more intensity, and more rest, would this prove to be more beneficial. This year alone if taking it seriously and trying to trust my coach, i went from a 1:02 to my 53.8 but i feel like i have hit a wall.

watching more, and I apologize for writing so much but this is honestly the best youtube channel i have came across. But hearing you guys discuss you would prefer your athletes to play another sport instead of focusing on some conditioning to develop natural athleticism, I played soccer for the first time this year as well and grew an extreme amount, would you argue that played potentially a better impact on my growth?

He trains a lot of NHL and MLB guys, but more importantly, he trains a ton of high school multi sport athletes from across a wide spectrum of sports.

God forbid an athlete or performance coach look like they've spent more than 10 minutes in a weight room without automatically being labeled a meathead.
