I use royal mail online business account linked with Royal mail click and drop. I print postage lebals for all order pack them and drop them all to local post office.

As long as you follow the weight and demission will be fine. If you asking someone is shipping small parcels as large letter and getting away with it?? Royal do Spot checks in sorting office and if something get caught they will start to investigate like slow posion. Bottom line no-one can rely on this highly risky and illegal model by cheating system. Some send small parcels as large letters and when they get caught, Royal takes very strong action against them. It's easier for them to find out the sender as buyer knows who the sender is, eBay knows their addressesz including delivery return registration PayPal z bank. I seen in news people getting caught for this. Google it.

If you have quantity, look into opening online business account with Royal mail. Without business account Royal mail us cheaper for letters and large letters. Delivery confirmation available with track 48 and 24 but this is available to business accounts holder and price varies depending on quantity. On pay as you go if you want tracking printing 2nd class sign for from click and drop it from eBay is cheapest option unfortunately.

I'm using average weight to get cheaper delivery costs from royal mail. my parcels cost around 76p up to any weight as long as the total parcel's weight on average is 100g. we ship on average 1k parcels a day i have found this the cheapest option. using code UNH . BARCODED MAIL. i save a fortune this way and sometimes i mail letters to my self to get the average weight down in total.

Label can come without stickiness, where you may need sellotape. It is sticky paper using as label. 🤣🤣
