Some really helpful tips. The swimming speed increase and how to go up/down quicker was really cool. And your explanations and how-to examples for certain Power skills has made those much clearer. No idea why the game couldn't have explained them with video's. Maybe they did. I have just this year gotten round to playing this. Been in my library for years. Damn fine, atmospheric game.

Yo dude first huge thanks for this, it was a lot of help for me. Secondly ive tried the kuai dagger strat to maintain momentum on xbox and it worked, the only downside to it is the hard navigation because of the limited controls on the controller

Really great video dude!. I play on console and these all really help with controller movement. I just wish they would add a FOV slider and a smal Horizontal Wall dash/bounce. I hate that they had it in the trailer but not the game

if someone has unlocked tackle but not throwing weapons use that as you fall off something when fighting the demolisher as its also an effective way of fighting it

Also, if you jump climb. It's faster to jump at the end of the ledge, instead of Crane climbing it

In the pit I just stand on the tipped-over portable bathroom (I think that's what is is?) and head stomp everything (except the demolisher). The virals and volatiles I draw to corners by climbing on shipping crates (dodging the rocks) and head stomp them as they climb up. That move is way too broken. You can just stand on the hood of the van below the safe zone on the bridge and head stomp dozens of zombies for tons of XP. That gets a bit boring, though.

I was playing dying light yesterday, and I was in the arena and was fighting with the demolisher. I just spam all the throwing knife I looted around the arena I got around 9x, I threw all of em(idk how many specifically) and the demolisher die really quick.

Is there a specific order to the inputs for the grappling hook swimming? Sometimes I can do it repeatedly without issue and other times I can't do it for the life of me.
