"I'm resting right now but you're not gonna know about it" - me sleeping through my classes in high school. In all seriousness - this is exactly how extreme drumming works. Blast beat to fast double bass - even blast bleat to a tom fill is me giving my fingers a rest and using my wrists.

The whole thing is, other than the few low growls. Most of the song is a slight pitched scream, which is fry + true folds. Spencer adds the pitch more subtly than bands like bmth and linkin park.
