i have recently found your channel and i am so so glad , you are so talented and love the work that you are doing ☺

Recently I woke up and decided to start the day with positive affirmations and manifestations. Then I was almost late for the meeting, was in a hurry and didn't close my backpack, so on the way I lost my charger and a powerbank which I once bought with my last money. Then I had to wait for the person who was late, and I also spent our meeting as awkward as possible which just killed my self-esteem. After that I felt so stupid, the thought that I'm a loser seemed to be the only true affirmation. I worried about it a lot for the next few days, I listened to lectures in neurobiology on how to be the author of our life and not a victim of circumstances, and logically I understand that hating my life and myself was a (wrong) choice, but emotionally I could not do anything else. Your story about the laptop and airpods was probably the only thing that really supported me, reminded me that breaking/losing things and other messes can happen to anyone. It kinda gave me permission to be that way. Honestly, thank you for sharing the story. I'm sorry this happens to us, but we shouldn't worry about circumstances too much or they will take over. Failures are just failures, things are just things. What is lacking can be acquired, what is lost can be replaced. For the rest, the most important thing is to make backups :)) P. S. I've already bought a new powerbank which turned out to be half the price of and twice more powerful than the old one. Now I learn to look for the good in everything.
