"it's okay to rest" yes it is! everyone needs time to just breathe and relax. what I am starting to do every day, is just pick a time and place I am going to do it, (which is in my room and sometime after school) and then just have a moment of silence. just a time to relax and reflex. no noise, distractions are put away, and I'm by myself just listening to the sound of my breath. it helps a lot, I recommend it!
