It brings me such joy to see a young woman get pleasure out of simple things like washing dishes, reading books and spending time with family. There is a real difference in those who are children of God. Bless you and keep you every day in the hands of our Lord and Saviour...
They are! I bought an old farm house.. but it came with NEW washer/dryer/stove. I cannot tell you how badly I want to replace them with something older. I'm always looking lol!
I had to get a new washer and dryer in the last year and I loathe the washer. It has so many environmental restrictions on it that it’s about useless. I keep telling my husband, come warm weather I’m getting my wash tubs and my wash boards out so we can have some CLEAN clothes.😤. TeresaSue
I watched this many times yesterday. I think you’re an amazing person. I’m so thankful that y’all got to move to your new home. I loved your video with your dad. I’m so thankful that I ran across your Mom’s channel. It’s saved my life….I lost my mother, only sister and Aunt in three years. I always wondered where my mother got some of her words. I now know…my name is Reba but they called me Reber. Thank you again!
Please pray for me. I go to the cardiac doctor on the twenty-third on a CT scan it showed calsavacation on my values and prayed God will hold my hand, and it will be ok. I'm so happy I found the family to watch and be a part of. I don't say a lot, but I wanted you to know this is a kind, loving channel your Moma and Daddy raised you well believing in Jesus is the only way for without him we are lost wondering souls thank you again for another wonderful video. I want to think everyone who will say a prayer for me. My God, keep you always close and keep us on the straight and narrow path. ❤
Corie, I admire you so much. Your sweet spirit, your devotion to our precious Savior and your love and devotion to your family. Olive is precious and so well behaved. Baby boy is so lucky to have you and Austin for parents. God bless all of you and hugs to beautiful Granny.
Don’t know if you know this, you can change the way your fridge opens. It’s obvious it would be more convenient for you to have it open the other direction. It’s not hard at all. If you do it you could film the process to help other folks. I’ve been super surprised over the years that so many do not know this. Love your channel and your family!!! ✌️🙋🏻♀️❤️
I was going to mention this, too. When my fridge was delivered, I asked the two young men to change the side my doors open to and they did it in about five minutes. It was going to open up toward a corner of the room, not convenient! Now it opens next to a counter, so very convenient for both getting things out and putting things away!
Beautiful day in Willlson Holler. Glad to see that you are moved in. Spring time there looks so refreshing. There is a special feeling about family land. So glad that Granny is improving. ❤ 🙏
Olive seems content. She has her own space. Surely Austin feels (more) satisfied knowing your parents are nearby when he is gone. I like lazy Saturdays as well. I usually make greeting cards. I made one for you guys. I'll send it once little man is born. Love your house. Feels like it has a good flow. Take your time decorating. If you can cook, sleep, shower, do laundry, you're good. ~ blessings
It’s so nice to see olive outside in the new back yard she seems calmer. You look so happy. Your house is looking so good. Prayers , blessings and love to y’all.
Just a suggestion, you might want to get silicone sink mats so you don't scratch the porcelain sink with metal. It will save a lot of elbow grease. It also will be able to help protect glassware. Thanks for posting about your day, I enjoy seeing what you are up to!
Oh how lucky to hear the creek. Looks like a good place to be. Id wash dishes for you, and help you. I soooo enjoyed this. What a blessing. I learn alot from ya'll. Better than tv anyday. You have a nice house. It would be my peaceful place.😊 And i really like the wire dish drainer. I cant wait to see how you decorate your house.
I really enjoy your videos and love when you talk about your devotionals. I would like to ask for your prayers for my oldest son, Joey. He has been fighting esophageal cancer that has spread to his lymph nodes. He has been going through chemo treatments since August 2022. It has gotten to the point that he’s struggling to swallow and now can barely swallow liquids. They are trying radiation therapy to see if it will help at all. He’s only 47 years old and his only symptom in July 2022 was a little trouble swallowing, no pain, nothing else. Please pray for his complete healing! He’s a wonderful son, husband and father of three. He first and foremost loves and believes in God and Jesus as his Savior!!
I love every part of this video. Corie you're a special wise young lady. Prayers for you & entire family. Thank you all for your prayers. Have a wonderful Saturday. 🙋🙂❤️✝️🙏
Seeing Olive collapse at the end was the funniest thing EVER!!!!! I was worried about her for a second, but assumed she was tired and found the perfect spot. Thanks for the devotional suggestion. I can relate to the feeling of “am I doing enough” especially when it comes to faith. Praise God for people like you to help spread the word.
It's good to see Austin get out especially after all that work and to see you just enjoying the day. Just adore your new home. Once everything is in place it'll feel complete. Just a beautiful day. Wish everyday could be that sunny and simple.
How blessed to be able to walk out your backdoor and hear that calming sound of the creek. That was a lovely devotional you shared with us. We need to be more like the sheep and trust in the Good Shepherd.
Please know you are so loved. Praying for your Granny. I ask that you please pray for my family. We are going through tough times right now. I’m so thankful for you and your family and your videos! You love the same TV shows I do! lol. Love you! ❤️🙏🏻❤️🩷🌻🥰🙏🏻🌷
Corie what a joy it is to watch your channel and your mama’s. You’re so calming and share with all how wonderful it is to trust in the Lord, enjoy the day and find beauty in all things. You and your mama’s channel and visiting with your family via your vlogs soothes my soul%
You are going to be a great mother. The love you show to Olive will triple for that baby. You are just a loving young lady. Love your videos. I got my soap and I love it. God bless you. Love and prayers. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤
That creek sounds heavenly. Build a screened in porch with a tin roof. Add a double size rope hammock. Such a wonderful place to relax when it’s raining.
Hi Corey, I noticed that the refrigerator door opens to a very inconvenient way, have your dad or Austin change the hinges so it opens to your counter, very easy fix, I did my by myself at 60..... prayers for you and your family. Blessings. 🙏
Thank you for spending your Saturday with me, I am watching my husband work on our house,we are adding on,thank you, God bless you, I enjoyed your time today ☮️
My husband & I love to read. We like to sit together and read our books which is so relaxing. We get books from our local library and enjoy talking to them when we go there. Enjoyed your video!
I love that you can hear Stamey Creek just outside your door. The cattle panels make a great fence for Olive and she seems to really enjoy her new yard. I just love everything about your new house, especially how near you live to your family now. I am reading in the book of John right now myself and it does give a lot of comfort. I was feeling a little overwhelmed this morning as well. I cried to the Lord for help and He heard me, so I feel a whole lot better. I am facing a bladder biopsy this week, which I had been able to handle and really was not worried. That is until this morning. I suddenly found myself experiencing fear and felt so alone. My husband, who passed in 2021, was always such a comfort and help to me and I felt so heartbroken that I could no longer get a hug and some prayers and encouragement from him. Then I remember that one of your subscribers recently commented that she and her elderly Mom had both been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and neither one had been given any other options for treatment. They live together and just take one day at a time. When I read that I thought, how dare I complain or moan about my lot in life! There is always someone who is in a much worse situation than I am. Still, the Lord cares for all of His children and does not favor any one above another. Much love and prayers from your devoted subbie in WV. ❤❤🙏🙏
Corie, You are so full of wisdom in your young years, your mama and daddy are so proud of you I know!!! Thank you for being that sweet sharer of Gods word and imparting such truth from His word!!! I appreciate you and watch every one of your videos!!! And I'm 65! I love you girls and your whole family!
Craziest thing happened. My wife and I were having a very serious talk this morning about our next chapter in life. After talking I asked God for some signs to help know if what we were discussing was the next best moves for us. We had to go to the store today so we headed out. Once we got there I asked God for a spot right up front, we turned the corner and someone was backing out of a front spot and we pulled in. Couldn't believe it. Secondly as we stepped out of the car we seen a truck with a sticker on it and it's symbol isn't common to see, but I had the same symbol tattooed on the back of my left leg. Lastly, while we were heading to the checkout line I caught a glimpse of a young man and we looked at one another like we knew one another, but I couldn't really make out how I knew him. I then looked over and saw you and couldn't believe it. That's how I knew him! My wife and I are big fans of y'all and we were tickled to death. I'm a twin myself. God works in mysterious ways and shows us signs all the time. Seeing y'all was the icing on the cake to confirm that we are headed in the right direction. Just wow! 😊
Thank you so much for your inspirational sharing . Your're an amazing young woman of wisdom ! I'll be offering up prayers for all those in need :) Grateful !
Since i started watching you and your families videos, I've not seen anything negative, even in the comments! Not only that but in every one I've watched, I get inspired, abundant blessings, and the list is endless of all the good. Even just to hear the creek running is a hear comfort to me. I would love to see more with the music. But better than all the rest, is when youns take the Bible, even if it starts with a few words from a song, the mention Scriptures. That's when God whispers to me, the GREATEST OF ALL! So THANKS to your whole family!!! GOD BLESS
Saturdays are for shooting trap and then coming home and cut the lawn. Beautiful new home and I like how close it is to your mom and dads house. Family is everything. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for sharing your Saturday. FYI and you may already know this - but you can swap your refrigerator freezer doors to the other size if it’s better for you. I’ve had to do that a few times. Be blessed. Prayers for all and for sure / Granny.
Oh dear! I just cringed when you put your hand in that glass to wash it. That is exactly how I did it too for many years… until the day a glass broke just as I was doing the twisty turn with the rag. The jagged edges promptly gouged deep. Needed several stitches. Still have the scar. Never again! Now I either use a bottle brush or stick the rag in there and push it around with the long handle of a serving spoon. Stay safe! Thank you for sharing your day.
I love the way you talk about Jesus. You are wise beyond your years. Sometime it takes some people years to get at that point in their lives. You are blessed.
I loved coming in and joining you on your Saturday without Austin. Enjoyed your books especially because I also love to read. I read all my life and I will soon be 85. I love your house by the creek and the fact that you hear it with the door open. So relaxing. Enjoyed your devotional as usual and I appreciate how you take time for that. Enjoy your sweet little home 💞
Thank you for sharing this particular devotional. Some of the things we worry about, or that concern us, should not even be on the table. I love it! A powerful truth I needed to hear. ❤
I really like the sink that you picked out. I don't like heavily scented things either, especially laundry detergent. I use tide free and clear a lot or even All free and clear.
I have a scrubber like that....the scrui daddy. I found that if I run warm to hot water over it , it will soften and be easy to manipulate when you're scrubbing.
Bless your heart Cori, I'm praying for you too have comfort and peace with all that your going through. You are such a beautiful light. I enjoy yalls channel so much!
I only use a little whoolite dark to clean my cloths. I don't use fabric softener nor detergent. My cloths come out clean and the colors don't fade out as fast and the fabric holds up longer.
You look Soo much like Katie right now during your pregnancy, I don't know if I could tell y'all apart right now. Glad you're having fun doing all the fun stuff with moving in , it's fun to be able to take your time and get everything exactly how and where you want it. ❤
Corie, Much like the soothing sound of the creek your lifestyle is beautifully calming & I LOVE how you appreciate the simpler things in life. TY for sharing your Saturday with us. Keeping a prayerful mind for sweet Granny.. sending love & blessings to y'all.
It was the lords wayfor you folks to be able to sell your home and move in a family home. It has a lot of characteristics of family time 🎉 life each day with your loved ones around you. Blessings from Virginia.
Sat in Ga…your house is coming together nicely, love that the creek goes through your yard what a soothing sound. So happy for you, Austin, Olive, and sweet baby boy to be💙💙💙
Corrie that caterpillar looks like a gypsy moth caterpillar, and you don’t want them infesting trees or garden they will strip the leaves and blossoms of everything
Corrie, this is such a wonderful time of life. You live in a beautiful place with lots of treasured people near by. Your boy is so close he is still attached to you! 🙂🙂 that’s a special time in motherhood. I’m glad to see you soak it all in and enjoy it. The Lord is good.
Thank you, this was a really nice video. It's always great to see the creek, and Olive and Binx! That looked like a great Saturday. I often run errands on Saturdays, and that usually means a stop by the thrift shop 😆 Thank you for sharing your books, and for your powerful message at the end. I really appreciate it 🙂 God bless you and your family 🙏
It’s so lovely where you live and your house is coming along so lovely. It was nice for me to share your Saturday with you and it warmed my heart to see you so happy. God bless you and keep you! ❤🙏❤️
I myself is battling bladder cancer. I'm 67yo . I love watching videos with you'll and families. I pray all is going well with Kathy and little bit, Ira. I pray for granny and your families. Love you all and God bless. My name is Soraya.
What must it be like to live in or near the same place (holler) all of your life? My family moved an average of 18 times in the first 18 years of my life, not because of military or work but because of a very irresponsible father. I truly love to share the joys (and sorrows) of your life there in Wilson Holler!
As I've said before, love any video you do, no matter the subject, what you are doing. Stress just leaves when I hear your kind, sweet voice. Blessed weekend for you Corie. You and Olive are girl - batching this weekend. I am with you about the books. I've been an avid reader since I could read. A lot of books today aren't worth the paper they are printed on, very sad and frankly disgusting. Great devotional today. Yes, Jesus is our great Shepard. He never leaves us behind. We harness His power together! You plant God seeds all the time!💖
How fun is this, spending part of my Saturday with you! Olive is the cutest! I took my two dogs for a nail trim this afternoon. Corie, thank you again for a wonderful devotional❤️🙏
My birthday is in June!! It’s delightful to see how much you love real printed books! In this time of electronic material it’s wonderful to see that you like to actually turn the pages of an actual print on paper book! I’ll have to send you (and Katie) a copy of my book, The Child He Gave Me, “Sara”. 🙂
So happy for you and your family. Thankful to God that he has worked everything out for you and your family. Living close to each other is a blessing ! Love and prayers 🙏❤️
Hello from New Mexico. Love your family. I was born in mountains of Virginia 74 years ago. Love the memories you guys bring back to me. Thanks so very much. Blessings
Those countertops are gorgeous! Are they sheets of oak? The part above the silverware drawer looks like it could be oak. Your dad did a great job with them.
It's Saturday evening for me. We did some yard work today and wormed our goats. I'm so happy for yall! Everything is looking great! Thank You for sharing your day with us!
love your videos i started watching for the music but have stayed due to your openess and your heart,i just was pushed into early retirement due to health so i spent lots of time watching youtube and you girls are one of my favorite channels!! keep up the good work and i am still praying for your Granny and your family
Enjoyed watching your entire video today --Years ago I use to have a little frog scrubber holder similar to yours. Of course, I have no idea where it is today. Over the years things just seem to develop legs and get up and walk away, never to be seen again. You are truly blessed, but you do have a lot of things going on at this time so it is perfectly okay to feel a little overwhelmed now, but always remember this too will pass. A minister we had years ago said his favorite words in the Bible were "It came to pass" because it might be bad if it came to stay! Over the years It has helped me to cherish the memories of good things and be able to forget or at least put them way in the back of my mind the bad things. Looked like you enjoyed your day, thanks for sharing.
Everything is looking great. Just a thought 🤔 maybe put your silverware holder in the center of the drawer. You are so humble and honest with your thoughts. It's definitely not a weakness in my opinion, when we have those moments thinking of our loved ones that are now with Jesus. And it's in those times that we seek God that much more. I'm sitting here at my kitchen table on Saturday enjoying this beautiful day with you also. Have a wonderful weekend Corie and Katie. Praying and Blessed! 🤗🙏💕🏠👣
I agree with you about my reading material. Our local library has book sales 3 times a year some are items donated by the public & a lot are books pulled from the library.
It's the small things that make us happy like a sink full of water. So happy to see that you brought the vintage washer and dryer. I make my own laundry detergent out of Zote Soap and I use white vinegar for the fabric softener. I know you are loving that you are so close to your parents and sister. Love y'all and hugs to you.
