Hack for your kindle case stickers: use a tiny bit of painters tape to collage them together so they don’t move when you put the case on. Worked like a charm for me and the stickers are still reusable.

I love this video! I also have an autoimmune disease and the unexpected flareups are the worst. I know it is different for everyone, but what has helped me most has been cutting out added sugars from my diet. It has really helped my pain and fatigue levels go down tremendously. I will be praying for you! ❤

I understand how you feel I have Fibromyliga and rheumatoid arthritis and I am 56. I was diagnosed 3 years ago. I love to workout but do to flare ups I do moderate workouts and even that hurts me. So I take it day by day! Oh I agree with you about the book Bride. I dnf it.

I also read it last month, and I didn't care for how they were only emailing/texting for a good chunk of the book. Once you get to page 249, it shifts to a mix of dialogue, emailing, and texting. As someone who comes from a family with terrible autoimmune disease genes primarily lupus what has changed all our lives has been switching out diets to paleo and aip paleo highly recommend! Please look into it it’s hard at first but after you do the whole thirty it’ll change your life and you’ll never go back there’s even biblical background with it please look into it!

I'm so sorry that you have flare ups. I appreciate you sharing your struggles because I also have health struggles and even though I don't want anyone else to struggle it is nice to know I'm not alone. I do love a day in the life videos. I also like seeing the unedited things because with editing social media seems like everyone has these perfect lives when in reality no one has perfect lives. It is easy to forget thay though when things are edited out. This video was great and I'm so glad you feel better. I think in tye past you liked reading a Josie Silver book. You should read 'The Two Lives of Lydia Byrd' if you haven't already. It is such a good book but a tear jerker. I really love all your content. You could do cook with me videos or clean with me videos and those are fun too. Honestly I'll watch anything you film. I'll keep you in my prayers with your auto immune disorder and pray that the good days outweigh the bad days ❤
