FRENCH ONION SOUP:
2 white onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
3 - 4 cups bone broth
thinly slice onions and chop your garlic, in a pot add ghee and your onions + garlic and let cook down on low with the lid for about 30 minutes.
add in your seasonings, broth, and let simmer on low with the lid on for 30 minutes.
STEAK:
salt your steak in a hot cast iron add 1 tsp ghee to coat the pan then add your steak down on each side without turning for at least 4 minutes on each side. this will give you a medium rare steak.
FISH AND QUINOA:
cod
quinoa
asparagus
red onion
garlic
tomato
kalamata olives
lemon
olive oil
dried parsley
salt + pepper
Season your fish with your seasonings and add lemon + olive oil , cut all your veggies and season and drizzle with olive oil pour veggies over fish and bake in oven
cook quinoa per instructions on package
