Hi, I'm so glad I can across your video. I have been struggling with getting motivated to calorie counting. I was on slimming world too in lockdown and keep toying with going back but I don't want to! I have just signed up for teamrh this morning 😊 x

@@keighleygarfitt2987 ah that’s amazing!! I still struggle each day and I am not perfect at all. I have weeks where I forget or don’t do it but I know this plan WORKS and it’s me not doing it not the plan not working. I have faith it’ll help me get to my goal!
