Hi I've got ongoing sinus blockage for at least 15 years.found in previous scan but operation wasn't done at the time.would sephnoid sinus blockage cause body pain is shoulder on right thankyou.any advice apreciated ime having sephnoid sinus surgery this year

if I have a small one by my eye and a nickle size on on the middle/side of my nose? I believe they are said to be in the ethmoid sinuses. I KNOW I didnt have them before my drs advice. I TRULY believe it was a direct result of my dr's advice to nasal irrigate with these nasal antibiotics/sterioids and BABY SHAMPOO!!!!!??? I am so scared it form a cancerous cyst bc I AM CERTAIN they werent there before. What are you thoughts?

Hello Dr i took CT scan of the paranasal sinus today and it confirmed that i have "Left maxillary mucous retention cyst"Please wil that require surgery?.If no what treatment can help me to prevent this.

I have a sphenoid mass, but I’ve had two ct scans and they both say different things. One says mucocele and that was found on ct plus mri. The second one years later says sphenoid retention cyst. So now I am confused :(. I saw an ent and he said watch and wait but lately I’ve been having horrible ear pain, cheek pain and constant bloody noses all on the left side which is where it is. How do I get a doctor to take this serious? I’m so tired of the pain and it makes me not want to live. They just keep giving me antibiotics and I’ll be ok for a bit then the pain comes right back.

I had a CT Sinus done & today, I follow up with my ENT for my results. I am so scared. I read that I have “mucosal thickening in the sphenoid sinuses.” How is that treated? I’m scared to have any type of surgery UNLESS I am awake 😩

Mild sinusitis changes involving bilateral maxillary sinuses and few ethmoid sinus aircells along with two small mucosal Left osteomeatal complex is narrowed due to mucosal thickening Deviation of nasal septum towards left side with spur towards left impinging upon left middle turbinate. Bilateral inferior and right middle turbinate s are hypertrophied.
