What's up guys! Another dish from Food Wars here! This time we finally got around to making one of our most desired dishes in Spicy Mapo Tofu (Doufu), which is a very well known Chinese dish. Hey dude. Nice work on this dish. You made it look awesome. Just a note, next time you make something using tofu, make sure you remove the water from it first. If your tofu has water in it, it won't suck in the flavor of your meal. Tofu's are tasteless sponges that suck flavor but the water represses that. I suggest buying a Tofu Press. They are very cheap and insanely useful. Sorry for the negative feedback, but I want the best for your channel and your taste buds. I like this channel and where it's heading.

Fuiyoh, they have no wok. They have no garlic. They use whole peppercorn. Why they no grind the peppercorn? Where thier mortar and pestle? They should make sauce and then add tofu....haiya
