Njami, sounds mouthwatering, but i think i would prefer potatoes/mash - potatoes/mash and kinda "sausage-tomato-goulash" is a always a nice and much underrated combination. I love rice too, but as i´m living in the country of potatoes - I always search for local indegrents, cause i want to give our local small farmer shops (one with their own seasonal veggies and potatoes and one with their own produced meat) a hand
