Description:
Spider bites can sometimes turn you into a superhero, as in the case of Peter Parker in Spider-Man: The Movie. Assume the role of Peter, a good-hearted teenager bitten by a genetically engineered spider, which gives him muscles, incredible strength, and spider-like abilities. You'll have to learn how to control your powers including Spider Sense, web-slinging, and wall crawling, and the all-new aerial combat moves. The world's toughest villains, including Shocker, Vulture, and the Green Goblin will all be after you. Are you up for the challenge?

I thought both of those clips serves as enemy epilogues that foreshadows their return in Spider-Man 2. Guess I'm wrong.

i believe these are tag openings to their boss fight levels. Vultures is right before the tower infiltration level and Shockers is right before either the sewer or subway fight level...

I guess Sony wanted John Malkovich to play Vulture for a long time since the character model for Vulture in this cutscene looks exactly like him

Hot Take: This cutscene takes place before the bank heist with shocker. Vulture is heading to meet up with shocker for the heist. The reason he says "Marie, we'll be here soon" is because Vulture has a wife that is very sick and he's robbing the bank with shocker to pay for her treatment. The spider bot is one of his inventions that he'll use to send to Marie as a message he'll come home soon to her. He then walks out of the subway, as the feather falls out of his coat revealing he is the vulture and he has become a monster to help his dying wife. If my theory is true, this would have been THE best vulture depiction we've ever gotten, even beating Michael Keaton's

If you’re talking about the game then it’s not on the 360. But the 360 is backwards compatible with the original Xbox, which this game is on.

Post credits for the next game he appeared in the psp version of Spider-Man 2 and that version has the same gameplay so it canon

John Malkovich should've been in a Spider-Man film as a psychotic, serial killer-esque savage collector version of Adrian Toomes/Vulture in an Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movie. This sort of cutscene with Toomes in the New York train hiding discreetly that he has wings that can make him fly (and slice people's throats with) is exactly how I interpret Malkovich as Vulture in live-action form.
