@@chadlandon2460 actually the underground were formed a few years ago (in the game) and it WAS NOT because of Roxxon. They were a group of wannabe mafia punks who just wanted power. They couldn’t beat the inner demons, tombstones gang, or the maggia, and they were gonna be wiped out eventually. But then along came the Tinkerer (Phin). They made a deal where if they helped her take down Roxxon, she would supply them with incredible tech and give them power to be powerful and respected. Because of the emergence of the tinkerer, her tech, and the takedowns/arrests of Mr. Negative, Tombstone, and Hammerhead, they were able to take over.

i believe the red exoskeleton was designed just to mitigate damage from Miles‘ venom punch, and just around 5 punches from Banner should be enough to severely damage it, and after that it’s just easy pickings

He wanted to kill miles but his suit was vulnerable to his venom punch. He probably saw it as a necessity to kill him.

Because there was a dialogue during the fight in which tinkerer says that she wants to kill him and miles says no. So miles knew that it could have happened and was paying attention just like when he has to pay attention while fighting
