To be fair Spider-Man does those finishers in normal people, the ones that aren't genetically enhanced... Plus Fisk and Tombstone and take those finishers. 😂😂
@@baskogitlog7276 yeah for me that’s just salt on the wound. The characters mannerisms and personality is non existent in the movie, instead opting to go with a mind controlled meat sack.
Give the one in black widow was so disappointing I mean they were a girl and no not because of that it's because we only had her for like 15 minutes of movie time and now there's no more taskmaster
You haven't even see the movie. People use to think Will Smith is a bad genie but it turn out he a perfect genie. I use think Star Wars Rogue one is going to be bad movie but it turn out to be good movie so don't think MCU taskmaster is going to be bad...
@@PlaystationGamerZX they are talking about Taskmaster in the Avengers game. The one in Black Widow looks great but I'm really hoping that's not the only movie he's in. Hope he's in a Spider-Man movie
SkepticalSnek You mean to tell me that I could have just web swung away to a place of throwables and he would chase me down blindly, while I instead stood at the same place without objects like an idiot!? I feel insulted, why wasn’t I told this sooner!?
It's almost too perfect from both a lore and development standpoint. Lore wise he can literally sharingan any fighting style or move (save Deadpool bc of his randomness) development wise, the exact same animations can be recycled LOL
@@brendanjoyce645 He basically can't keep up with his fighting style because he's random as fuck. Taskmaster relies too much on adapting to his opponent's moves.
He CAN copy Moon Knight, he just finds it useless because his fighting style sucks. In his words: "Never met a punch you'd rather dodge than take, huh?" While Taskmaster lost in the end, it was only through Moon Knight crashing a plane into him. When it came to H2H, Taskmaster took him apart.
I like how Taskmaster is able to recognize that Spider-Man is holding back it shows his skill some people and even fans fail to realize that the man is quite literally strong enough to punch your jaw clean off.
This truly captures how awesome Taskmaster is with fighting, a lot of the time it's not stressed enough that he can memorise every single fight move. When he busts out the finishers; you know shit's going down in Chinatown (or Harlem, Upper East Side, wherever he managed to get the drop on you). Also thanks for the likes; that was unexpected.
He doesn't just copy moves, he can speak 27 languages, he can learn a language in an instant, memorize thousands of passwords and secrets, he's a brilliant strategist, and a master swordsman. Only downside to his powers, whenever he copies a fighting style or some sort of information, he forgets a piece of his personal life to make room for the new stuff he learns. He's copied so many fighting styles, languages and data, he forgot that he had a wife and kids. He doesn't even remember his real name anymore
He can basically be any skill based hero or villain without superpowers in one person. The accuracy of Hawkeye, Black Knights sword skills, Daredevils martial arts etc.
HypertronDE exactly, but he is known to hold back sometimes so the fight is fair. He's a mercenary and a villain but not fully evil. He has morals and honor
Wow! Just realized how similar deathstroke and taskmaster are! They both wear high tech armor, use swords, are masters of hand to hand combat as well as weapons, are incredibly intelligent, and had their entire existence ruined by Deadpool.
A friendly reminder that Taskmaster is older than both Deathstroke and Azrael, but thank you Arkham fans for noticing that DC was inspired a lot by Taskmaster. EDIT: Over 990 likes, wow! Thank you everyone for giving likes, dislikes and/or leaving a comment (no matter on which side you are). But this comment section is getting really toxic, so I slightly alter my comment to make it "less offensive". If you regret giving me a like, feel free to remove it or give a dislike.
Hidden Thunder this version right here in this video is clearly ripped off of deathstroke. This isn’t classic taskmaster. In fact it’s ripped of a video game version of deathstroke lol.
Azure Yes that is true and I was aware of that while writing my comment. For those who don’t know, Taskmaster made his first appearance in May of 1980. Death stroke made his first appearance in...it was either November or December of 1980. Anyway my point still stands. Most popular marvel characters are copies or heavily inspired by dc
@@jadenbuckallew6598 You know the stealth sections I think give you a good perspective of what its like to be an ordinary human. When you play as Spider-Man sure you take damage and can die, but you never feel like it could be over in one move. That mission with Miles sneaking past Rhino highlights this for me. One wrong turn, and you are a smear on the floor.
I honestly liked the MJ and Miles stealth sections as they helped break up the pace of the game to flesh things out. The miles and Rhino chase section was fantastic and intense to be in, you can't deny that!
“Surprise me…if you can.” “You can take this seriously, or you can die.” “You can do a job fast, or you can do it right.” “Your loss. They pay six figures. Guess some people just deserve to be poor.” I gotta say, Taskmaster had some really good dialogue in this game.
So I went through all the effort with this side quests to fight taskmaster. A boss I really enjoyed and a character I really enjoyed more so because I could get to see him in Black widow. And what Did I get when I saw black widow. Disappointment. Like did they do to my boy
@@popcrazyfishProductions pretty easily, this is a trash boss fight, both times ive played it it's been trash. The Spider-Man taskmaster fight is way better in every way.
Those clowns butchered Taskmaster for a throwaway character just for the sake of "subverting the expectation," and it wasn't like I didn't see it coming either with that thin neck of hers and the little back story about his daughter, it's cliche. As an anti-hero with those ability, Taskmaster had so much potential to have his own high octane and more grounded superhero action film(think CA:Winter Soldier), or even a buddy action movie with Deadpool. Such a waste by the MCU. He's a cool motherfucker.
Yeah lol. I knew something was up, no talking, no mockery of the opponent. Then when the daughter was brought up I was like oh hell no, they made my boy a widow!
I like the idea of one of the villains behind Drakov’s daughter, a personification of Natasha’s past mistakes, but just don’t do with this goddamn Taskmaster. Pick someone else. Make an original character. But not my man Taskmaster. Come on
Taskmaster: “today viewers we will be preforming the 1,000 Degree Knife challenge with a SWORD!” Taskmaster: “And well be cutting Spider-Man with a 1,000 Degree Sword”
What's funny is the person who wore the suit mostly was a dude. Like you can clearly see a buldge in the crouch. Why even change the gender if you use a man to perform the stunts, walking etc....
If Spiderman was realistic. Spiderman: Why are you stalking me. Taskmaster: I'm working for an organization, they wanted to see if you were worth recruiting. Spider: I'd rather be Jameson's foot measure then working for someone who hired you. Taskmaster: you sure they pay 6 digits? Spiderman: I just sai..........................wait did you just say 6-digits as in a hundred grand. Taskmaster: Yep. Uncle Ben (Peters Mind): No Peter remember what I said "With great power come-" Spiderman (Mind): "Comes Great Responsibility" Yeah I get that, but to be fair Responsibility doesn't pay the bills sooooooo. Spider to Taskmaster: I accept your offer.
Taskmaster was always a man, it's just that in Black widow movie he was ruined. Tony Master was originally an agent of the shield who has the capacity to reproduce and learning everything that he saw. But after having made experiments for boosting his capacity he has been injured with memory troubles to the point that he has forget all is life. So after that he became one of the best assasin and mercenary with his competence in the marvel universe. So yeah BW really making him look bad.
For the people who haven’t fought taskmaster yet: when you die fighting him you have to do the challenges again, so try not to die cus its very annoying to do the challenges again
You only have to do one as far as I know because after i lost to him I finished one challenge and right after the fight started or I just got some insane rng I really don’t know.
Imagine fighting this guy for the first time and never hearing about him before just to find out he can memorize your fight patterns and movements in less than 30 seconds. Imagine how intimidating that would be.
