For me no issues were playing long time. When temperature reach high 90+ i switch to user mode and activate cooler booster in dragon center

Things you need to learn. Msi gf63 equipped high performance cpu and gpu. It will produce lot of heat when Playing high graphic demanding games. There is more ways to reduce heat. Use laptop cooler pad,cooler booster. Place your laptop in ventilated area.

Just lock your fps to 60 or 30 it's just stutters on unlocked fps even if you have a beast of a PC it will lag and stutter unless you lock it

Да, я всегда использовал охлаждающую подставку для ноутбуков. температура никогда не поднимается выше, даже игра продолжается часами. также лучше использовать кулер-бустер, чтобы поддерживать более низкую температуру.
