Spinach and Ricotta Meatballs 

RU-vid has my extended 'family'. Pasquale is my Italian Nonno, 'De Mi Rancho a Tu Cocina' is my Mexican Abuelita, 'Mama Kim' is my Korean Oma, and 'Veg Village Food' is my Indian Nani. Even though I wasn't raised in these cultures there is a universal feeling of family you get watching these channels. In this crazy world we NEED their loving vibes.

He's always choking on peppers. But he loves them. And so do I. He's so freaking happy. Wonderful.

He is soooooooo adorable. I lub when he sings as he dices and mixes. Hes my pretend Italian grandpa..and Im not even Italian.

You can tell how much love and passion he puts into his dishes. Clean area to cook in and everything has a place. This man is a pro.

This is how we grew up. Our parents and our grandparents doing all the cooking, nothing ever wasted always made from scratch. Walking to school with our brown paper lunch bags with oil stains from last nights leftovers...I wouldn’t trade it for anything.... To bad the kids and families today don’t understand these values today in today’s world...I enjoy your videos they bring back lots of memories, and your recipes are very good.
