Hello everybody! Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I have been sharing recipe videos since 2008 here on RU-vid! This channel started off with me sharing recipes passed down for generations in my family from Orsara, Italy (hence the channel name), but it is not the only type of recipes you can expect from me. I love to try new dishes and share the ones I enjoy on here. Hope you give some of the recipes a try. Salute! Cin cin! -Pasquale
If you like to have a written recipe along side the videos, here is my website: orsararecipes.net
Ah Pasquale! I made my 1st recipe of limoncello. It just went down all by itself. I did not have to push it down! So good! Now it is time to make a double batch! Cin cin e Salute!
You remind me of my grandfather whom was also italian. His parents never spoke english even after moving to the united states. My father who was also italian is the one that taught me to cook and to love cooking and family and to respect my elders. You sir remind me of my wonderful grandfather. And you are absolutely a hundred percent right that children these days have no respect for their elders in the same way that it used to be. But you are absolutely right. And I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos because my grandfather and my father are no longer with us.And watching your videos kind of brings back memories of my own cooking with my italian father and grandfather.
I absolutely love you! I think of my Grandparents who I loved so much. My Grandmother cooked like you. She was from Bari, Italy. Thank you for your wonderful recipes. God bless!❤
Love me some chicken marsala. Tried beef broth instead of chicken broth and it is a game changer. Love the beef stock over the chicken stock. Gotta try it, it makes it so much better Ciao
