Game Grumps sees that Eggman Origins requires SEGA NET and decides to ignore it and move on. TBFP sees it and just fucking GOES AND DOWNLOADS IT ONSCREEN. This is why you guys are fucking awesome.

This game is actually a really creative and absolutely blunt criticism directed towards the entire Sonic fanbase. My Roommate Sonic makes fun of self-insert fanfics where the protagonist becomes Sonic and is actually in love with him. Sonic Movie Maker"shows how depraved the sexual part of the Sonic fanbase really is. Make My Sonic is about how unoriginal and ridiculous Sonic OCs (read: recolors) are, and Eggman Origin is... I don't know what the fuck Eggman Origin is.
Woolly was never the same after this. He scared more easily, had a harder time on fighting games, he even lost the urge to bring pies back to his hole...
Here's the funny part about this game: It's actually brought up some good intellectual discussions. Basically, this game is Sonic's legacy. This is basically how Sonic is going to be remembered for all time if SEGA doesn't fix their franchise.

I have seen several other youtubers play this. I can safely say that this is the gift that keeps on giving. Every new playthrough there's more secrets discovered, most of which are straight up disturbing.

Maybe the eggs represent this aspect of the Sonic fandom (and fandoms in general perhaps) that are into fetishism like this that's so detached from reality. Having never left their shell, an allegory for their detachment and never really becoming a part of the world, they peep through that shell all day at fetishism thats so out there that its unrealistic in every way. Always looking, observing from the shadows. Of course they're timid, they don't like to be caught or seen, maybe even not like whats going on on some level, but nonetheless they always watch.

The funny thing is, the guy who made this game knows how to make actual games. And they're good. Seriously, Zineth is a really good game and you should all play it just to see the contrast between it and this game. It's mind-boggling. The sense of speed in that game is unreal.

At first I expected absolute garbage. What I have gained was a disturbing and some what artsy look inside the chaotic hive mind of the Sonic fandom. Bravo Sega bravo.
Looking back on this now, it's still one of the all time best of the super best friends, it takes you on an adventure maaan. What other channel brought ya such a spread of games so dumb for all the right reasons? And this one in particular, so full of twists and turns, nightmare and fetish fuel alike, it's fucking great fodder for the crew to play off of.
