Spinning Wheel restoration 

Here I have taken a sad looking spinning wheel and with Pale boiled oil, fine steel wool and one hour have done a complete rejuvenation of that wheel and it's now feeling much happier about itself. The Pale Boiled oil will absorb inside the wheel and condition the timber and the oil which remains on the top of the timber will dry and Not be sticky like Linseed oil. Just remember to wipe as much of the oil off the wheel as you can after using the steel wool and leaving it to sit for about 15 to 20 mins. Using the wheel from there will give the wheel all the oil it will need from then on. A very easy and simple way of giving a sad wheel a fantastic start after a bit or lot of neglect.
