Thanks so much dude, I appreciate it ! I think making quality drum tabs requires a bit of insight of how playing drums actually works, and multi-voice makes so much sense when splitting patterns especially between kick/snare and cymbals. I actually started taking drum lessons this year and my transcriptions have improved since, I now try to use a mix of multi-voice and single voice depending on these patterns, and I also got rid of that bad habit to link notes to avoid rests being shown in multi-voice haha.

​@@LeMosbi Yeah, I did not the linked/tied notes, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was a purpose for this. I realized that GP has the "hide useless rests" to function in stylesheet to tick or untick to give a fix for this at least - at least for me I like to have it show i.e. a quarter note rest in the voice that might not have anything playing, rather than just "nothing" showing there, as it seems to skew the placement of the notes a bit, even if you try to fix it with the design tool. I do tend to forget about the option at times. It sort of depends what I'm doing how I'll go about it. I'm by no means a professional at this, but I just try to make it as easy to read as possible in relation to where the beats are etc. I also tend to have the snare in the upper voice, but I think that's more so personal preference. I am always really happy to see other people who are so fluent in GP as you are though! It's awesome!

@@Cloudburzt Haha no worries. For the snare again depends on the pattern, if I have four hats on the right hand and a kick/snare pattern or a four on the floor with a hat/snare pattern. But as you said, as long as it's readable ! Happy to talk to another fellow GP user 🥳

@@LeMosbi I think RU-vid might have deleted my second comment cause of the link I posted in it. I actually corrected myself, as I looked through some old files and noticed I 99% of the time put the snare in the lower voice. Not sure why I had it the wrong way around in my memory. Summer heat making me lose my mind!

( also nice vids ) in the monuments origin of escape cover one can see that you dont have the same tattoos. so i guess i should have noticed the difference. still! nice video. sorry the misunderstanding.

The only thing maybe is the “legato” in the notes, the form is correct but when i am reading (in my personal opinion) i prefer see just the notes that i actualy play. (I swear you can traduct my english rigth becouse im italian 😂)

@@ivanferippi6914 you're absolutely right it's not the best, the reason I have these tie notes is because guitar pro will sometimes show the rests even if another element of the kit is playing, which I find even more "intrusive" so I'm doing that as a bit of a hack. I'm super happy if it helped you learn the song anyway !
