As a self proclaimed "old" I have a hard time listening to new music, but there is something so artistic about spiritbox, I get so excited to hear new songs from them.
I absolute relate to this. Some time ago, I was really sceptical about truly good music being still produced nowadays. But my faith has been restored since I figured out Jinjer and Spiritbox.
That's what's happening to me with a few other bands too right now. Maybe there is a new quality of screaming now? Like Jinjer, Ghostkid...I'm 51 by the way 🤘and into metal since ever.

Spiritbox is something else man. They’ve quickly become my favourite band, and I’ve never really been into metal in general. They’re just so damn good they’ve pulled me into the genre as a whole.
Something I love about this band that isn't prominent in new metal is the emphasis on the bass. I love hearing bass guitar in rock and metal, it gives another layer to the chill parts and more punch to the distorted guitars.
Honestly this is the standard that reaction content should be held to. You know what you're talking about and seem extremely knowledgeable about the subjects you discuss and give very good feedback, the Tank Facts are super helpful and unique to like you and maybe React (yours are better tho) and I just like your personality. Love the content dude!

Just saw them live for the first time yesterday and HOLY FUCK, they are fucking phenomenal live. The pits were crazy. I killed and got killed in those pits but fuck... I gotta say, she is amazing live. Her screams and cleans were all her and she fucking nailed it. Everyone do yourself a favor and take any opportunity you can to see them live. You won't regret it!

Spiritbox landed a spot at Reading Festival in August so I'd expect the album and the biggest single to drop well before then to build up the hype, cannot wait! Between Spiritbox, Gojira and Brand of Sacrifice I can already tell that will be my top three albums of the year locked in
Yeah, awesome song. I'm at the "shut up and take my money" stage with this band. I very rarely preorder but I'll do it for Spiritbox. They deserve to blow up big time and I have a feeling this might be their year.

So according to Courtney’s AMA, in regards to a release date, she said something along the lines of “We’re being quiet for a reason” and allegedly some publication has the inside scoop about it, that leads me to believe that your prediction is probably right, either a late May/early June announcement, probably July/August release. This song’s gonna carry that hype so well into the album release, and on the eve of shows returning, Spiritbox is gonna be the band to see for sure. I can’t wait man, I’m with you every step of it.

I love spiritbox. Fun fact: I just found out about them last month and haven't stopped listening! Can't wait to eventually see them. Courtney's voice is hypnotizing honestly. It's beautiful how she goes from them harsh vocals to that amazing singing voice 🖤 obviously holy roller is my fave so far, you get that "holy roller sits in the garden we fled, blood into wine take my body instead" then it kicks in and just BOOM! kicks you right in the face! Lol. I love it! I love them!

The string harmonics are pretty standard among modern day djentlemen, but I love how he throws in those sextuplets. He’s not just adding noise…there’s real rhythm in there.

Cheers Tank! Awesome video as usual. Spiritbox and also Jinjer turned to my favorite bands the last few years. Not only about Courtney and Tati, they are outstanding, but also the other band members always nailing it. The most teasing part: When there is a new song from one of the bands you NEVER know what you will get, and even if it starts in one way, maybe the end will be totally different. I love this diversity. There are so many bands, I can listen to 2 or 3 songs in a row, and then I'm done. Spiritbox and Jinjer I can listen to non stop without getting bored. I can't wait for more new songs and more reaction videos about them. Stay safe \o/
Spiritbox are super consistent with their quality and sound, this song is great. I don't know if it's just me, but I think female vocalists are on the way to dominating the metal scene (if not already). I want to recommend another band for a future reaction, it is another band with a female vocalist, but with a sound that is influenced by Black Metal (so you know where it is going). They are called Vintersea, I have recommended them before, but I keep doing it from time to time because I think you will love them! Their song "Befallen" is a real banger.

Discovering them from your videos... earlier ones did not register, but this one I like, quite a bit, this kind of electronica-core (?) mashup... very nice! Wonder if it's one-off or something they'll play more with.
So glad I got a notification for this a few days ago and listened to it. I already knew a few of their songs and liked them, but I hadn't really dived into the band. I listened to almost every other song they have earlier this week and realized how badass they are. Right there with Jinjer. This year could be crazy for prog metal. New Spiritbox, Jinjer, Tesseract, maybe a new Periphery, maybe Karnivool...please...
I was SO god damned excited to see her using her gravely mixed voice at the end of the song. Strangely enough, that can actually be by far the hardest thing to do. It's extremely difficult to pull off without just obliterating your voice. It sounds SO good in this song.
I know this might be a little older of a video but dude...I absolutely LOVE the Tank Facts and Thoughts. It adds so much more to the reaction and gives us all a little bit of info on the music and videos. Keep it up dude. This seems like it's the song that will launch them into the stratosphere. It does have a bit of a "mainstream" sound that some will criticize, but hey, when you're creating you just have to go with it and make it... and if it turns out to make it so you can have a music career and do that as your only job, excellent! This song is an absolute banger and good on them for making it.
