As I think about all of this knowledge I begin to understand how nothing of this world is as important as the Love and obedience for GOD.. In The Name of THE FATHER SON AND HOLY SPIRIT AMEN ……

My notes: Prayers definition: Lifting of the mind and heart to God- the will You will not be happy without prayer. Level 1: Vocal prayer- Private and public. Private vocal can be more efficacious unless it’s the Priest is doing it, i.e. mass. Vocal requires lower faculties. You need to give the most attention. Level 2: Mental/meditation- involves imagination. Reasoned application of the mind. Looking at Jesus’ perfection. Must have quiet unless advanced. Internal quiet is a must. Mentally ill have a hard time due to their imagination and lack in control. (STOP YACKING IN THE CHURCH) Approach tenderly, humble, give Jesus your attention. You’re talking to GOD. Level 3: Effective Prayer the will is predominant and you can move directly into it and there is a intellect. Don’t do it for the consolation and not become There’s a detachment to worldly things. You do things for love of God. You need to fulfill your duties. Prayer of simplicity: Gaze upon a single object. Fixation. Faculties become focused. This brings you to mystical contemplation. When you get this continually then you are without attachment. Root out your imperfections. Ask Mother of Sorrows. Contemplative prayer: Mystical .. an invasion of faculties. You see or know experiences. Operations of The Holy Spirit. This is God. Root out ALL imperfections. You start gaining virtue, your faculties are more subordinate to reason. God can lift you over into this. God intends for everyone!!! This isn’t clear to the individual what is happening. Gives assurance one is in good moral standing. Causes things to happen to the body. The person has a strong desire for virtue. You must give yourself over completely to the spiritual life. Prayer of quiet: subordinate to reason. Tranquil and the will is captivated by God. Other faculties remain free. Allumitive stage: knowledge that God passes on to a person through a different mode. God strips you of the way you think. You judge so God removes your judgement. This way you can contemplate the beatific vision. Touches by God, flights of Spirit, pain of loss .. burning pain of love .. wounds of love.. Full in union? Couldn’t hear him. A longing for death.. marked by ecstasy.. totally absorbed in God Excruciatingly painful.. no sense of awareness.. appears dead .. last stage of purgation Transforming union .. aka mystical marriage.. gives their self to God wholly Perfect communication.. permanent union and love Ask Holy Ghost, Virgin of Sorrows and Guardian Angels what your predominant defect is. Work on that defect and you’ll see other defects to work on. Do mortifications, meditation, prayer life, attend mass, reconciliation Pray for the love of God ALONE. 🔥✝️😍✝️🔥 God knows our limits!!! Mary of Magdalene always gets forgotten by the majority of modern Catholics. She was devout to Jesus before, during and after the crucifixion. She is a Saint!

I sure think St Pope JPII exhibited the signs of his being at the highest levels of prayer with his example of continuing his duties even through his very painful suffering up to the last. God bless JPII❤️

Purgatory’s necessity is now more clear to me

St Teresa of Avila's book Interior Castle describes: Human effort with grace can effect the following: 1. vocal prayer; 2. meditation (active recollection); 3. prayer of recollection (passive recollection). After these, only God's grace can effect the following Contemplative stages in the soul: 4. Prayer of Quiet; 5. Prayer of Simple Union; 6. Prayer of Union: Mystical Engagement/Betrothal, and 7. Prayer of Union: Mystical Marriage (transforming union).

I usually go to mass an hour early, but it never fails that the people around me find that time to talk, and not whisper. It is extremely distracting; I’ve even gotten to where I bring my earphones and put those in and listen to a rosary but it’s hard not to get frustrated and ignore it. But I’m working on it.

nevr bben so pissed off in my hole life....when i needed this the most the church (a different one thats older than you with held this from me and i did go to a amonistary) So now its just water under the brige. I eventually turned to the magi for instruction. I got over that also. but the experinces ihad during prayer were mind boggleing. Thank God he doent hsve to depend on humans to actually fullfill the obligations of thier offices. God Bell you FR.

my notes: When you get on the dark night of the senses you need to see a spiritual director. There's a way that God can communicate with us without going through the intellect. In the prayer of the quiet only the will is captivated. Lack of distractions certitude of being united with God no anxiety Mystical touches Wounds of love ------------------ Conformative union Captivates the external senses with the soul is completely divinized, the person external activities become hard there comes a longing for dead Pain of loss, Ectasy All the faculties are captivated in this soul In this stage it seems like the soul is no longer in the body, the body is losing is natural warm It is not harmful to health, the opposite. this is the last stage of passive purgation after this the person will obtain the union with God ------------------------ Transforming union or mystical union God and the soul give to each other. This level of prayer is permanent. Perfect communication and mutual give of self. Permancy of union and love. Forgetful of self Delight in persecution Desire to suffer Perfect Detachment from everything that is created Abstinence of ectasy At this stage no longer suffer the pain of loss, we want to stay in this life as long as God want us to The three pillars of the spiritual life 1. Spiritual Reading: to actually know what you're doing 2. Prayer: Need to develop a habit of prayer to ascend in the spiritual life 3. Root out your defects: Ask the Holy Ghost, Guardian Angel, need to get rid of our imperfections Usually when we start rooting out our defects we get rid first of the ones that are obvious, but then we need to root out the defects that are in our interior life, so for that we need to pray to the Holy Ghost and our Guardian Angel to illuminate these interior defects, motivations, etc. ---- Do not get attached to spiritual consolations they're a means not the end(God) The ways of mental prayer: Get this book to know How to do mental prayer by Vitalis Lehodey O.C.R

I pray during a Novus Ordo Mass like I'm at the Tridentine Mass - my rosary prayers throughout the entire Mass.

I just follow St. Thersee - she was simple and I love her little way - she never worried about the level - so that's kind of my thought - I don't need to worry about levels.

Please do a talk about Pre adamits please I have my parish priest say to me, that we didn't come from them and Adam and Eve. That they are not our first parents! please I beg you give me the true trenching of the church on this matter so I can fight this. There are no levels of prayer. Prayer is communicating with the father through HIS SON. This is why HE died On the cross! When JESUS said, “IT IS FINISHED,” The temple veil was Torn from the top down To the bottom signifying That GOD could now be Reached through prayer By HIS children once Again.
