So, I forgot to mention the P8 compass in the first video, and rather than re-record that 30-minute session, I'm just uploading this addendum.

Cool, MJ627, I have flown that actual Spitfire (as it is now a twin seater) nice to see it represented in a sim!

That's really cool! How could you tell specifically which Spit it is?

Incredible to see this much detail. Do you know if the P8 Grid Compass is still in use anywhere, or it got abandoned after the Spitfire?

Great Vids. I've just set snapviews yesterday and it's changed DCS. Think one would work well here

Interesting. What I’ve picked up from that is given how difficult the compass is to see and manipulate to just use your F2 view to see your heading and go from there. Bit of a cheat I know. I don’t like using active pause as then all your wing mates fly away and have to regroup again.
