I love Disney because while your waiting in line you actually have things to look at instead of just standing there for a long time like cedar point and stuff
The Florida version of Splash Mountain is quite different compared to the Disneyland version in Anaheim. Thumbs up if you're observant and have been to the Magic Kingdom before.
Random Boy 3 m Judy Hopps from Zootopia, she's a police officer. Brear Bear and Brear Fox are the "bad guys" from Song Of The South (the movie Splash Mountain is based off of)
I feel like only 20% (if not less) of people who have ridden this ride actually know what movie this ride is based off of. Song of the South if you're wondering.
a 1940s Disney film banned for the racial live-action parts for depicting the post-civil war. Now, it should be re-released in my perspective for parents to show an example of inequality.
Both Splash Mountain experiences are about the same for each one however the one in WDW has double row seating while the one at Disneyland has single row seats. The single row usually makes the last drop a bit more exciting cause there is nobody beside you. Besides that the one in Disneyland has 5 drops instead of 4 and if you want to get super precise the one in Disneyland is about 40 feet longer in total length than the WDW version. :)
It's way better at night. I remember my family and I went on at night and just as we were at the top of the main drop the fireworks at the castle started and it was an amazing view.
I just went yesterday, literally took 2 minutes for us to get on. And we were outside when the fireworks were going on and dropped right as they were finishing it was awesome
So here's the question: Which do you prefer, this, or Universal's Dudley Do-Right? I like Do-Right a bit more but this has more Nostalgia so I'm pretty much even.
