Makes me happy to see you still dropping these Splatoon videos after all these years.This series is like an old friend. That said I’ll be pumped to see the abrupt switch in content when Rise comes out. Knowing the burnout you’ve talked about with the Splatoon videos, I’ll be excited to see you cover some stuff you’re legit enthusiastic about.

Two things I don't like about this weapon: -Laziest design -The amount of holes in it

I have genuinely no idea why there are two separate Rapid Blasters. They might as well be the same thing because the different ranges and fire rates make no practical differences in fights. (Also you should get ClashB-Lizzy on here)

While i fell angered at the moment i do have mad respect for those who stick with the majority of blasters. Great video quite informative, funny and well edited. The improvements are clear and i found it a joy to watch. I hope you have a good day, keep up the good work and stay safe.

the original rapid blaster is my favorite by far, the ink mine adds a whole new depth to close range combat. What I mean by this is: If you hit with the mine, it only takes one direct (or 2 shots) to kill. With this in mind, you can just put one at your feet when someone approaches (they cant usually tell that you placed one cuz it's invisible to them), and then try to hit a direct before or after they get hit by the mine. With enough practice, this can be done relatively easily and can be used to make up for the lack in defense of the blaster. Also, it doesn't take much ink to put down so you can use it without having to wait for ink in your gun. These combined make it a perfect close range tool to use with the rapid blaster (although burst bombs would still be nicer). One more close range tip; if you shoot into the ground it will still make a little splash that can do damage when really close to enemies, you can use this similarly to the mines and jump up and shoot into the ground when someone is pushing into you. Paired with a single direct, this will kill. This weapon is definitely not easy to use because people will target you when they see you using it, but with enough practice, it can be mastered and used to make fools of your enemies.

Im not going to lie, Splat2 has become a game I find tedious to play, since a lot of the updates have been questionable at best, but whenever you upload these I always get the urge to play. What I'm trying to say is: Thank you for making one of my favorite games stay as one of my favorite games, and your videos are amazing. Keep it up! ^-^

Finally looking at your sub count makes me realize how underrated you have. You deserve at least 100k

Regular and Pro are actually quite a bit different, especially in the current meta. Where regular one's reach is smack dab in the middle of a hotly contested range bracket, with all the KPros, Squelchies and Nauts running around, Pro is in a league of its own, going almost to Jet range and remaining untouchable to everyone except Jet Squelcher and the cheekier of the chargers. There's also a little tech with them called sparking that makes them a lot better in close quarters. Normally hitting the blast against a surface is bad because then the damage is halved, but with Rapid that results in 17.5 damage, which, you guessed, is a kill after a direct. The good thing about that is that with practice you can place it anywhere, not just at the fixed range it's usually at. Also Krapid's game plan is disgusting and degenerate, because torpedo's synergy is ridiculous. Throw it at someone and try to direct them, bam, they are guranteed dead reagardless of their actions. Also Range Blaster is a ranged version of regular Blaster, while Rapid is a completely different weapon. Also they really should give all blasters perfect jump accuracy.

Rapids are actually extremely good against brellas if you space them at max range, you can hit them behind the shield. If they get up close to you, however, than it's over, but if you know how to space a rapid is a brella destroyer.

Yeah the Kensa Rapid Blaster is the best Rapid Blaster.

Bein a brella player, I would say the opposite: blasters are the splat brellas worst nightmare, specifically the mash blaster

That's what I've been saying all this time! Why is Clash Blaster faster than Rapid, and why is Rapid longer range than Range? At least I think Range is called thus because it is the longest range of the standard blaster. And since the Rapid series have their own model, maybe they don't follow the same naming rules of the standard models

tbh this vid might have just convinced me to pick up the rapid and give it a try. I've never been big into blasters so thanks for making the choice easy for me lol.

Krapid is the best blaster in the game and you REALLY need to be quick with it to make it work. But.... PERSONALLY I think the rapids take to most skill out of any blaster especially since you gotta hit extra shots

The wipe it down and the music montages make it worth the cringe weapon

Bubble Fox music, when's the Gen Ultimate content? And the Arena music. And the headaches you'll get from trying to pick one of 14 weapons or a cat, one of 6 styles or 8 cat types, 1-3 of 20something hunter arts, the micromanagement, and monster habits?

Cpt astro back at it again with the usual 'tries to be funny but comes off as bias and condescending' attitude that we all know and love. Also I tried using the rapid (mainly krapid) in the past with mixed results (mostly well... krap). Me and this weapon don't get along........ maybe it's because I have the misfortune of having to play this weapon in ranked (X rank) while astro gets to play in league and privates........ 2nd Also, If clash blaster is garbage and 'not a weapon'. By that logic, make sure you throw the tri slosher and splattershot jr into the garbage as well.

I gotta be honest brellas have just as hard of a time dealing with blasters. They can shoot behind cover. Your weapon is literally a piece of movable cover.

As a rapid main, thanks for not saying it's a braindead weapon. If you want to play it competitively, some knowledge of positioning and shot prediction is needed. that is all.

This is my personal opinion but I think Clash Blasters are decent. For the clash blaster its about circling around the player.

Its alot like a rocket in tf2 you need good timing, aim and use splash damage correctly, or your going to get punished.

rapid blaster is one of my main weapons and i kinda get how mines are not the best sub out there, but they're so fun to use, i love them.

In my personal opinion I think the RBP should have gotten the Kensa variant considering no one uses it

One time during a Splatfest I ended up on a team with three Rapid Blaster Decoes but the team we played against had a hacker on it and the hacker disconnected but one of my teammates also disconnected. My team ended up winning, but only because the other team had a charger who couldn't aim.
