I tried out Stamper and it feels powerful, picked it up fast. One recommendation is that don't always go for the melee-range kills, if you are far from them, it's better to do the normal slashes, if they are in your melee range, go for it!

I don't think I'll be able to get over how casual he looks when playing. To talk at the same time as playing isn't easy as it can be difficult to focus on two things at once, yet there he is zipping around and overwhelming the other team while having a proper conversation about the current state of the game. Meanwhile I start talking to my friends in a call and I forget how to aim at enemy players. XD

ProChara's Splatana Stamper tutorial: 1. Charge up your slash. 2. Aim nowhere near the enemy. 3. Rapidly shift your aim toward the enemy and slash them. Guaranteed Quad-Kill.

As dumb as it sounds doing that is actually more accurate, it's the same concept as 'flicking' with hitscan weapons in other shooters; you literally react faster than you think. A trick I picked up playing a lot of widowmaker in overwatch was aim near the enemy, and then just flick your mouse and shoot, with a bit of practice you can land way more shots like that instead of trying to line the shot up fully.

Yeah online communication seems to be a big issue specifically with the Splatoon series....when I play on rocket with horrible internet I have great ping and no interruption.....you could have the best internet for this game and still get disconnected....never understood why.....also you are almost at 100k...you got this Edit: never got this many likes and replies before thx

I don’t really see it. I’ve been playing Splatoon 3 since a couple weeks after launch and I have never disconnected a single time and I play exclusively wirelessly. All DCs have been other people.

It's quite weird how Chara only has 4 freshness stars on his main and 5 on Splatana Stamper (but I suppose Splatana has better turf inking than Range Blaster)

No. It’s because range is shit and only good for tower niche. He has more value using the stamper over range but he probably uses range in solo q but that’s probably it. If he was to use it in a scrim they would probably lose.

@@GeneralClankerDroideka turf painted is barely a factor when it comes to the points on a weapon. It's mainly based off of if you win or lose a match. For example, if you win a ranked match with a KO you will get 2,500 points on your weapon, in addition to what ypu would normally get. For turf war, I believe it's 1,000 points for winning as well as how much you painted up to a maximum of 500 points for painting 500p of turf

The big head scratcher: Playing daily, i get disconnected 1 out of 5 matches. Playing splatfest, i played 4 hours a day for a 3 days with ZERO disconnects! I wish someone at nintendo cpuld explain that, other than the obvious "we only use more servers than necessary for splatfests, because we dont want to scare away new players."

I have a huge gripe with NSO. I was in my last rank-up game when I had a communication error. A little annoying, but tolerable. When I went to queue up for another game, all my progress from my rank-ups was gone. On top of that, I lost the progress I had made leading up to the rank-ups. Yes, I contacted Nintendo about this and no, they did not find a solution/compensate me. If I just had to redo the rank-ups I wouldn't mind but completely redoing potentially 10+ games is ridiculous.

Hearing ProChara say he canceled Spider-Man in the most nonchalant way is quite a wild sentence XD I do have to agree that using the NSO while playing Splatoon is quite the off the rails experience. Every other game I play with the NSO does fine, but Nintendo forbids me to play Splatoon normally without any DCs, lag (regardless if my internet is the power of NASA’s servers, or not), and straight up getting banned for not being able to find a match within FIVE SECONDS OF JUST ENTERING A MATCH AND *_COMPLAINING THAT A PLAYER LEFT THE ROOM WHEN NONE EVEN JOINED IN YET_*

Yeah, I had fine internet(Spectrum), and I get Servers Crashes, and Communication Errors. Also latency sucks. Nintendo needs to seriously address this and add dedicated servers, because it’s not 2006.

I got hit with one of those 10 minute outs not long ago. Someone needed me to quickly get them something just as a match was starting and by the time I ran it to the next room and dashed back I had already been disconnected for inactivity.

Dunno chara the tri strike buff is kinda annoying because it doesn't telegraph well Plus it has so much damage that just shreds your hp if you're *near* it Should've been an object damage buff not general damage

I was playing at a friend's place this splatfest and I was currently winning a match with literally 8 seconds left when we had 3 people dc at once and the game just closed the match and I was soooo pissed. It wasn't even a rage quit since two of the DCs were on the winning team (I had a rage quit earlier in splatfest and the game let us play out the last 30 seconds, so I know for a fact it wasn't a rage quit) It also wasted the last use of my money ticket since it ended the match so late. I was so mad. And on splatnet, it's listed as a loss, but literally no one won that match. I'm still mad about it

I threw my controller in rage and I'm not even playing the game right now. How do you have aimbot accuracy on those melee hits? It's like someone walks past you and then they're gone. Especially on NSO latency. And whenever I've used Zipcaster, it's been the most dodgy special of my life because SOMETIMES there's I-frames when zipping and sometimes I get killed mid-zip. My head hurts

Nintendo online is such a pain in the arse my friend. Literally my last half of the year I’m in my college dorm with a hard wired connection. Last semester, absolutely no issues other than Nintendo online being Nintendo online which was relatively rare. This semester… I’ve gotten the ban hammer tens of times. Woohoo.
