@@jay_casual3295 I don’t post things on RU-vid and I think posting updates on how it’s going would just waste time I could be using to work on it more, but if you want you can subscribe and see if I release it on RU-vid. I can only work on weekends since I have work and school so expect it to be like the Mario movie. Takes forever to make, but looks really good. I expect it to take 3 - 5 years for the planning, recording, drawing, and animation.

Imagine the intro part being the opener… 0:00 Sunrise. Vibrant orange and scarlet. As the sun blazes over, we see the hot dry Splatlands desert in its chaotic, post apocalyptic glory. Hot winds. And the narrator introducing to us about life, at 0:28… “Somewhere in the inhospitable patch of nowhere, stands a patch of home where used to be the big blue sea of years past, but where the dreams of many start small and fresh in the eyes of the young.” 0:57 “Trust me if I know. Names 🦑. Who am I? Nothing much. Just a little squid in a very large pond they call… the Splatlands. Born and bred since I was a small squirt.” 1:16 Cue our protag wandering the desert, sometimes hitchhiking, with a little turf war practice as the footage. Some hits, some misses. 2:36 (think typical hitchhiking scene by a dilapidated gas station. A group of four.) “No matter the roads we take, or wherever we’re heading, all roads lead us to one place. Destination: Splatsville.) And then when it picks up, footage of the turf war life in the Gorge. Tail end at 4:18 we see Splatsville as the destination. “And so our dreams begin at Splatsville, the capital. The oasis of an inhospitable den of arid desolation, it’s also where most of us compete and congregate.” Imagination is a very inventive thing.

@RabidLeroy4 Yo thanks. I just finished plot planning, and started scripting this morning. Although the characters intentions are slightly different. The Turf war training was right on the money though. After the intro, I will give a little hint on the plan Basically, the protagonist team reach X rank 10000 power and can’t do anything else. The stumble into the crater...

Unfortunately this isn't the official version of it. I've tried remaking it but unfortunately it's not possible without sfx. This version is made by pastelbird9260.

I wont lie, I don't have much experience with music. I just wanted to make a full version for myself, but I uploaded it here since I thought other people might want something similar. I've been considering making one closer the direct version, as well as a full version of Splattack from Splatoon 1, since I also have the ending to that.

@@hide02 But you did a great job mixing these together. I only mentioned this because I noticed the themes have different tunings. Everyone has different approaches and I found yours much more unique than just mixing the climax into the vocals. I say do it!! 🙌 Nintendo isn't going to do it for us 😂

I honestly thought of making a version closer to the one in the direct. It feels a lot more accurate but it'd be pretty difficult. I can give it a try though.

@@hide02 Oh you're welcome. You made it sound like a jam session or something in that opening bit and every PART of the music sounds great but like I said there's just slightly too much of it.

@@hide02 Oh ane just to be crystal clear by "opening bit" I meant everything before the original song starts.

@@hide02 One more thing, I think I have some criticism about this video's title. I was lucky to click on this video as the title implies it's only simply another one that is NOT that old demo version. You should rename this so you get across that it is a creative extension of the song by you that is same-style and not a conventional remix. How about: Splatoon 3 OST additive-remix - Clickbait [C-Side] Unofficial "Full Version" Unusal I know but something like that.
