Splatoon 3 Patch 2.0.0 - Side By Side Comparison 

My goodness, wiper was already one of my favorite "just for fun" weapons, but now it's going to be one of my favorite "just plain good" weapons.

The booyah bomb “fix” to put a cap on booyah speed has significantly slowed down a booyah charge so you’re more vulnerable to being shot now, it nerfs it pretty hard

Okay but the literal best change is the return of the 10x, 100x and now 333x team images in the lobby after winning one during Splatfests, you can't change my mind on this one.

So glad for the tri-stringer! It really needed more inking ability. Can’t wait to use it

2:28 honestly, I would consider machine to have gotten one of the bigger changes seeing as booyah bomb got nerfed. Of course no changes to the main weapon but having a nerfed special can make it less oppressive

Some advice to improve the video, you should've synced up the footage of the change demonstrations. You can't even really see the difference for the line marker at the start for example, and the bow inkage is a little too hard to see

The horror that was Reef-Lux players doing nothing but farming tenta missiles is finally over. Thank fuck.

I have a feeling we are still gonna see teams running Missiles.

Oh also a nice polishing thing I saw, the song that is being played will show up in the corner at the start of the match

they did missiles a lot more dirty than i thought they were going to, i am quite happy

seeing the missile comparison was the best part of the video. that cooldown until you can charge your special again is beautiful to see

This was a great, informative video. But if I may offer some feedback. The text could have stayed on screen a little longer, as the video seemed quite frantic. (I mean it's a quick game, so it's expected) but I think it would give time for the info to sink in if the video was a bit longer and slower. (Meanwhile I'm just gonna go watch it again and slow it down in YT!)

There were changes to sloshing machine. It now can't hit through walls and barriers anymore.

They did fix machine, it can’t hit through walls now it’s in the bug fixes

I’m disappointed with big swing ink vac and wall? That sounds like a lot the dynamo roller would have. At least carbon deco is has a good kit

Sloshing machine got a couple more hitbox fixes, and besides that it already have been nerfed before. But crab needs a slap on the back, true.

Angle shooter needs the ability to move around like lasers after placed. Also, angle shooter needs the ability to do more damage the closer the opponent is- heck make max damage 95 if they are super super close….

Wait... that if you hold the tenta missle and launch them just before the meter runs out so by the time it ends the missles are still going. And it gets charged again

Good video, but next time maybe keep the patchnotes up for more than 10 frames, It really is anoying having to go back 10sec and then pause the right moment, especially on phone

The “stage changes” part was so confusing

They nerfed reef-lux! Yay

I wish they did more stage changes. A lot of the initial stages just stink. Especially mahi mahi and hammerhead bridge. The change to undertone spillway has little to no effect that I can see in the long run.

Crab need 350 hp instead of its normal 400, splash needs a 210p, and machine needs the bugs fixed.

I understand that the channel host is trying to be the first to upload this content before others, however you went through the changes too fast in my opinion. It is a blink and you miss it kind of deal.

They didnt removed gal, 2/10 patch and are we really only getting 10 variants every 3 monts?

I hope they scale back the tenta missiles nerf so the cooldown ends when the last missile lands (which already takes forever) because its extremely unsatisfying having those bars when the special is already over, wtf. Why did they have to put that special on Goo Tuber and Reef-Lux? Its frustrating to use tenta-missiles now, but Goo Tuber with torpedo and tap shots is nice, plus its a unique weapon with partial OHKO charges. Reef-Lux is kinda like a Squiffer just with angles, but Squiffer has a nice and fun special and you can jump any time. This is the most bandaid patch for a special I've ever seen, yet that special was in Splatoon 2...how did this happen? Imagine putting lingering cooldowns on any other special once the special is done lol. Please do it to Booyah Bomb and Crab Tank.

Finally, people can stop complaining about tri stringer paint💀

Tentas are getting punished for no reason. This sort of ruins the point of getting special charge-up gear kits
