This game is absolutely gorgeous for a game that came out in 1990. The character models in particular look really good compared to any other games from that time. I realize it the TG-16, which was obviously more powerful than the NES or the master system, but still it is quite the accomplishment for a game in '90 to look this good. Even when compared to SNES or Genesis games that released a few years after this, Splatterhouse is impressive. If you look at like '91 thru like late '93 to early '94 this game still stands up. Even to all time classics like a link to the past or the SNES square games (FF2 & 3, chrono trigger) Splatterhouse looks better and came out 3 years prior. Anyways thanks for the awesome Splatterhouse run. IMO completing the game in under 15 minutes is both awesome and impressive, so cheers my friend I'm definitely dropping a like and a sub and look forward to the Splatterhouse 2 run which I can we in the "up next" section.
Hell yeah! This is one of my absolute favorite games, and I'm so glad it was run this year, along with the sequel. Hell, I even changed my sleep schedule so I could watch them both live. Great runs!
