A lady with nonspecific abdominal pain and incidental findings of 25 mm fusiform aneurysm at origin of splenic artery which was originated from superior mesenteric artery(SMA). Due to not having enough space for cover stent deployment and to save both SMA and splenic artery, stent jail coiling was successfully implemented by detachable coils and bare metal stent from brachial artery and femoral artery accesses.
