Hi Graham, been off you tube for a bit so just checkin' in and I see a 65l big boy! Good on ya, plenty more experiments to come I hope. I've never seen the hops added into the keg like that before and it was loads. Look forward to the tasting.

Great to have you guys back I just said to my wife last night that you guys have been very quiet the last few months. Yes it’s called dip hopping and the results will be coming very soon and yes I have a few experiments coming up alright. Cheers and looking forward to your next video hope all is well

That is a hell of a grain bill mate. Looking forward to the results. If you look up David Heath Homebrew channel, he is using the Brew Monk B40, not sure if you know the channel, but I get lots of info and recipes from him, and he is a lovely guy, will answer your questions. Worth a look.

Planning on using the WHC Hoppin Pils in a New Zealand Pilsner a bit later in the year, will be interested to see how your lager turns out 👍
