I must admit that you have the best advices and strategies to deal with spondy. Strange how 4 spine doctors give bad advises and that i had to find the most suitable way on a RU-vid channel. Thanks for this content, now i trust your channel more than the healthcare system...

Thank you for the hip lift/bridge advice! Physios and pilates instructors tend to say "keep your back straight, higher, higher".. I stopped making hip lifts because my back was totally killing me later. I have done them as you say, and now realize it is not cheating, it is the way to do them. Many things you say on your channel just make so much sense. 🙏 (Spondylolisthesis 13mm with both nerve roots pinched, trying to cope with exercise and pain killers, and preparing myself for maybe needing surgery someday because of the radiation pain).

I have been challenged with Spondy for the past 8years. I just found this channel this week. Awesome info. Wish I discovered earlier as I have been really not wanting to get a lumbar fusion although I am now considering the Tops Device surgery which new to the USA although has been done in uk past 18 years. Something to look into if you are going to ever go the surgery route. Only surgery I have considered doing. Good luck to you and everyone else going through this type of pain. This type of pain is no Joke and can be so devastating. My heart goes out to you all 🙏💚

Dr.Ryan, I really learned a lot from you. That is very good information. I have spondylosis between L4&L5. I had three back surgery last October. I would like to learn and get more information from you. Thank you so much!

Hi Lian, thank you for your comment! I'm glad to hear that you found the information helpful. Your interest in learning more is wonderful, and we'd love to help. The Core Balance Training program is designed to address the underlying causes of spondylolisthesis by restoring balance to all muscle groups in the body, potentially having a positive effect at the site of spondylolisthesis. Balanced muscles may increase the space in the spinal canal and alleviate the pain associated with spondylolisthesis. Moreover, the program also serves as an excellent post-surgical protocol, aiding in the recovery process. If you're interested in learning more, we offer a free 7-day trial of the program that you can check out to see if it might be a good fit for you. It's the first week of the program, and many of our students report feeling relief during this time. Please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist. 😊

💯 we definitely sit way too much. I sit 12-16 hours a day for work for years now and has worked so much against my spine with my spondy issues. Thank you so much for this channel and all that you do 🙏🫶

Hi DR Ryan thank for doing this great work. My question is would spondylolisthesis progress no matter what you do as time goes on? If yes any rate you know off or percentage per year ? Thank you
@CoreBalance
@CoreBalance 8 месяцев назад
Hi Ayub, thank you for your kind words! The progression of spondylolisthesis can vary from person to person, and it's not guaranteed to progress in all cases. The rate or percentage of progression can also differ widely among individuals. Factors that can influence the progression of spondylolisthesis include the degree of slippage, the underlying cause, and how well it's managed. I'd like to share that Dr. Ryan designed the Core Balance Training program with the specific aim of addressing the underlying causes that contribute to spondylolisthesis. The program is designed to provide relief, help prevent further spinal degeneration, and enable your body to heal. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for being here! 😊

This and SI joint pain seem to be difficult to differentiaite many times - is there a way to be able to distinguish the two as a cause if one isn't sure of the culprit?
@CoreBalance

The location of SI Joint pain will typically be very specific, and I think that is the best way to differentiate. I show the exact location of most SI join pain in this video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VvfwP-XPakk.html
