Ingredients :
5 eggs - grade A （鸡蛋）
150g (2/3 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
190g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour（普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
50ml corn oil（玉米油）
50ml milk（鲜奶）

Baked 2 batches of this recipe in the afternoon. Reminded me of old cakes in 1980's, a bit dry and sponge-like textures. My Mom liked it. ❤️

I reduced sugar to 80g, added some vanilla extract & baked in a 12-hole muffin pan. Came out PERFECT. It’s like XXL kueh bahulu😍another successful bake from your recipes. thank you for sharing!
