Full on-ride POV and queue experience with Sally Dark Rides' Rich Hill and Theme Park Insider's Robert Niles. Open now at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. Review: www.themeparkinsider.com/flum...
I will give them props for adding more animatronics than just a mr krabs animatronic, which definitely makes up for the rather slow vehicles and some rather odd choices of screen sizes, but overall I can see this being a memorable and at best entertaining experience
Yea same, this looks sick, and since I work at hersheypark as a coaster operater I love Reese’s cup fusion, which is most,y screens but has some like cutout stuff like 3d
It actually seems genuine love for this franchise was restored from what we've been seeing SpongeBob become it feels like the original writing was done for this one ride wish I could go
I wouldn’t call it a rip off, these kinds of rides now have their own name (forgot it) but also they debuted the Mr. Crabs animatronic at IAAPA last year I think
This is actually awesome! The animatronics are really cool, and the whole concept is really neat! Good to see a spongebob theme park ride that isnt a theater, too.
those shooter guns do look uninspired in design, but at least they're ergonomically better than the jelly guns at Knott's Beary Tales. kinda reminds me of a wii remote!
Actually, rewatching this again it's interesting how Patrick's frame rate was bumped up when you had to shoot Krabby Patties into his mouth on the screen. That's really neat!
I'm a bit annoyed at myself for, as an adult, how much I started giggling when Plankton came onscreen and began getting smacked by projectiles. I guess the appeal of cartoon violence and Mr. Lawrence screaming will never fade!
Here’s some of the parks that would love to have a ride like this: - Universal’s Islands of Adventure (This ride would be a part of a Nickelodeon Land area replacing Toon Lagoon) - Sea World (Australia) - Parque de Atracciones de Madrid - Mirabilandia
OMG so happy for sally for having the opportunity to make this ride... they defenitly were the best people for it!! Someone else mentioned that the animatronics make up for the generally slow pace, which I agree! Especially considering that this is a small attraction woking in partnership with a hotel, once again this is INCREDIBLE!!!! Can't wait to see some more of sally's future work, they seriously outdid themselves this time.
Honestly I'm not that much of a Sally fan, considering the actual quality of their animatronics. Sure, they generally *look* nice, but their range (as well as speed) of movement is absolutely atrocious. You literally couldn't get stiffer more robotic moving characters if you tried. I also don't like how every single ride they make is an "interactive" shooting gallery. Sometimes you just want to sit back & be immersed into a different world. Not concerned with trying to hit targets or get the highest score. With that said, I suppose the ride doesn't look too bad, considering the budget. It's pretty polished at least.
@@anonpony1693 I get it, you're totally right haha. Some of their rides though that are more high-speed/intense can get away with it by using air pressurized systems to give more life to the figures. Their modelling is great, just the mechanics not so much.
Oh, common, Mr. Krabs, I think you ordered the wrong carnival supplies. It's because of you, Mr. Krabs! I saw him, it was Mr. Krabs, he did it! Next time, take the carnival supplies, 🏀🎯🥏🧿📍🔫 not the Krabby Patty supplies,🍔🍅🧅🥒Okay Mr. Krabs!?
Which SpongeBob carzy carnival ride at circus circus Las Vegas is better Bubble pop 🫧 SpongeBob 🧽 Hoopz 🏀 Squidward 🐙 Plate smash 🍽 Patrick star ⭐️ Ping toz SpongeBob 🧽 Or Fred ⭐️ Patrick 🍔
This is literally just Toy Story Midway Mania Right down to the Mr. Krabs animatronic at the beginning, extremely similar to the Potato Head animatronic before that ride
loooks acutally boring lmao. the orignality of entertainment companies never ceased to amaze me how their one job is to make a fun oringal experince but they just copy paste ideas
