Parts two and three are essentially like 25 minutes of evidence after evidence after evidence. I’d definitely recommend the Mort theory. It’s like 3 hours long, far crazier than Gary, and yet legitimately borderline canon lol

Tbh as someone who's studying very deeply into DID and it's other variants like OSDD-1 and OSDD-2. I think Patrick is more likely to have OSDD-2. OSDD-2 is similar to DID except you can develop it as a teen or an adult unlike DID which you can only develop during the ages of 6-9 . Unless Patrick has some repressed childhood trauma that the show hasn't delved into yet. But I think it's more likely he has OSDD-2 especially since a key trait of OSDD-2 is alters switching without having memory loss gaps. In my opinion that fits the kind of dissociative states that Patrick displays a lot better with the current information we have on Patrick's backstory and life.

There’s a more recent episode called “Fun-Sized Friends” where SpongeBob and Patrick take advantage of the fact that they can regenerate by ripping parts of themselves off, making small versions of themselves to give to each other so they can basically hang out forever. Maybe that’s the episode he is remembering.
