Awesome video. Gained major insight with the point to involve potential sponsors in the process from the beginning. Makes so much sense as it does almost guarantee that they will be satisfied with the overall partnership (ideally a positive one) having been actively engaged in the strategy. Subscribed.

The biggest thing for us I think is audience.......we need to put more attention into the other half of our audience, market research if need be, yes.......I'm looking forward to our strategy session :)

I start asking them about their job. And I ask if they're on commission. Then I tried to make them think that I would like to employ them. Because I'm trying to see how human behavior will be in Web4.
