Spot cleaning my dwarfhamsters enclosure

This makes me want to get a hamster. I’m a reptile guy, I love bioactive living art enclosures. Never got a small mammal because of the care standards. This is awesome.

Also I have to add, I never thought there was such a thing as a man-made enclosure that could be better than out in the wild. I think you've got it right here I mean you've given this animal so much space and so much variety, it's incredible. You're wonderful!

I have learned so much from channels like yours and Victoria's and Munchies and Erin. I've got my hamster for my son July 31st and so far I've ditched the cage that I bought (luckily I didn't pay for it brand new it was secondhand--tinytales house) and upgraded to a DIY bin for my dwarf hamster and I'm so thankful for RU-vid because otherwise counting on our Canadian / American standards, I wouldn't be able to learn anything if it weren't for the internet.

The sprays in your enclosure give a nice pop of colour.

Your enclosures are very inspiring and artistic. I'm slowly building up to a really large habitat. My current one is a very modest size of only 119.38 x 50 x 59.94cm. In the USA, that's considered well over minimum requirements but I disagree with how low the minimum requirements are in my Country. I tend to go by Germany's system so my enclosure just meets Germany's minimum. My plan is to upgrade to doubt that length. I'd would go more but I haven't the space to do so.

Randomly found your channel from the room tour and your enclosures remind of when i had mine. Though I never had a tank that big because she would go and dig in the garden and come back when called. It's nice to see someone so passionate about such tiny animals, people forget they can be as rewarding as dogs or cats and have just as many varying personalities.

I love your videos! The enclosures are amazing!! And the little ones are beyond cute 😊 Questions: do you remove her poo? And any sand she might pee in? Also, does the food she hide rots? I had hamsters many, many years ago, and I used to have to remove food from their hiding spots, otherwise it would go bad. I was probably giving them too much food, now I think about it. Thank you! 😊

HELP i bought my hamster form a pet store one year ago today They said they didn’t know when she was born but all their syrian hamsters are two months old or less. However, My one year old syrian is loosing hair and sleeping a lot more and she runs slowly on her wheels as opposed to fast like last year when we got her. Is she older than i was told

I am soon getting a syrian hamster who will live in a glass tank that is 160 cm long, not sure about the width and height but it's pretty standard. She will also have access to a play pen that measures 280 cm by 155 cm. Do you believe that's enough? It's all the space I have and what I can afford at the moment 😇
